Congrats bro. I’m looking to start landscaping…coming from a career as a software engineer🤣 Did you just self learn & then learn the rest on a job or did you go to a college?
What does it profit a man to gain the whole world but loose his soul. Put God first in you life brother and that he is in everything you do. At the end of our lives we can’t take anything with us! There is nothing wrong with providing for our families and or being wealthy just remember that God blessed you with all those abilities and he deserves your praise and gratitude! God bless you brother and much success!
What is it that to you ?if he made 100,000 dollars profit in 20 days maybe what you will make in 2 years maybe, is good to be close to God but why to comment that you need to get your life together a get bread too instead of giving advice to somebody who is making bread and taking care of his family , some people be hating on the low I swear
Stick to 4 for a crew... at one point I was running 3 crews of 5 each but after everything etc.. I was spending too much on labor and some were not doing their job. I run a commercial solar panel cleaning company here in Central California. It's been going very well right after covid started.. I agree with you, California is expensive to run a business. But at the end of the day you are working, you are creating an economy and most important we create jobs. Every dollar invested pays for other people's salaries and keeps their business going.
I new I heard that I went back a few times and when hires the volume and sure enough that's what it sounds like I dnt know if it's what he wanted to say or said
Yeah man, my wife doesn’t work in my company but I bounce everything off of her. She’s amazing with spreadsheets and a way better communicator than I am. I had her build me a spread sheet to track jobs and it literally changed our lives and my guys lives. The follow year everyone got a raise and the business retained more money. Can’t say enough about having a support system. Just because you’re the big bad boss man doesn’t mean you should be doing it alone 💪🏼
I am in a similar transition period that this dude is referring to here in this video. Stop wasting your TIME. BUILD and then you can CHILL once you have your empire. Hes giving us all GEMS. Take it.
Hey T this is the best advice that I heard from you god bless you bro🙏🙏 Im a mexicano but I love your videos and thank you for sharing that! Again God bless you 🙏
T! Your beyond right! 1/2 way threw the video I was asking myself if this was my daily motivation, then I realized this was a landscape video 😂 Thankyou my dude
Dude your story is awesome i’m in the same position wanting to provide value to the community myself and for the fam , i’m uneducated asf working in lawn pesticide (trugreen) these managers don’t gaf they honestly ruining the company taking shit into my own hands taking turf management courses now let’s get it !! You fire bro you up up🔥🔥congrats
I agree on amount of fees and permits you have to pay. I’m on Long Island NY and it’s not cheap at all and I’m a solo operator. I could only imagine in California but you can definitely work all year round. I would prefer to be in California then Florida to start a lawn care business or landscaping it’s just more business year round. Great job btw.
Man I just found your channel. I’ve never found someone with story like mine. Only I was a heroin addict for 14 years hardcore daily. Shoplifting and hustling. With rando chicks just doing coke and pills and everything else. I finally said I’m done. I did a lot of jail time and probation and finally got tired. I now am a general contractor doing projects for state and local Govt. Building convenient stores and multi million dollar buildings. It took ALOT to get over drug addiction but I just needed to get addicted to my business and $$$. I’m finally a someone and yeah there are haters but f them. 15:22
Honestly, I wasn't a bit interested in Goat Gang. I was impressed by the work you do. The paver work is impressive. I don't think people realize how difficult that kind of work really is. The finished product is worth it.
Congratulations to you sir, that’s a lot of micro-managing. I can feel your stress from here, you’re a very good businessman. Looking forward to learning from you.
The work is awesome and you have a great crew too! I'll be meeting you in the near future for guidance on creating something very similar to what you have.
That's because Tigren isn't really a landscaper, he's a businessman first. Which is why none, not one of his videos shows "How to Landscape"....but he does show how to run a business. If you pay attention he even shows you the profit in making $50,000 worth of mistakes in a year.

What would you consider reasonable time to start a job after getting a signed contract? I paid 50% down payment. It’s been 70 days now and he has not done anything. Have I given him enough time or should I consider it breach of contract? I appreciate any advice you can give me. My down payment was $8500, so yes I’m a bit nervous. Thank you
Lol that’s crazy you had so many people working one job. I use to do landscaping and it was literally just me and my foreman doing multiple 1million dollar jobs. We did one in Idaho with a waterfall going underneath a catwalk of the owners house and all of this was just with 2 people. If you have 2 people dialed in with machines and stuff I honestly think that is ideal. Anytime we had another person was only when we did pavers or something where you just need extra hands.
@@shoazdon7000 go to google images and look up Alderwood landscaping. I don’t work there anymore but when I left we had two crews. Me and my foreman did all the waterfalls, pavers and rock walls. Then another crew came in and did all the planting and sprinkler stuff but there’s a bunch of pictures if you search that. But I’m just saying like if you have two well trained guys they can do a lot more then a group of like 14 people cause at that point you don’t know who’s working hard who’s not, maybe ones around the corner fucking off and you don’t notice it because there’s so many people. Two guys is like ideal I think
Here we paid almost 2£ per litre of diesel at Shell, now goes down and it cost 187,9 pence per litre of diesel,,,,, God bless you and i wish you all the best and unlimited success in your life and business

I have zero experience, but I'm pretty decent with my hands and I learn quick and am pretty self taught as is. With that said looking at landscaping and then overtime learning hardscaping, or tilework/bathrooms or maybe carpentry. Any thoughts, recommendations, etc?
Absolute great advice at the end... I once worked for a billionaire.
