- Jim restores old tractors and has a neat collection. He took a break from sanding one of them, at the same time Leo decided to walk. Despite being covered in green dust Jim went to visit Leo, getting green dust on Leo too. A John Deere kinda bear.
Such a pure and honest friendship, brings happy tears to my eyes.❤🐻🙏.

Being an Alaskan native and hailing from Kodiak, Alaska (home of the world's largest brown bear) it is refreshing to see one of our giants so submissive and gentle with Jim.....different story when you're being stalked.

This isn’t a Kodiak, it’s a Syrian brown bear which is one of the smallest species of brown bear. A Kodiak bear would be twice as big. Look at his videos with Jimbo the Kodiak bear, that bear dwarfed this one by about 700 pounds and stood nearly 3 feet taller.
I loved bears all my life: I gave Winnie to my daughters for the love I've always had for these intelligent, beautiful, sweet creatures ❤
Leo looks like he is easily 1000 lbs or 450 kg. His size is so impressive!! And yet he is so gentle.
He could put on a few hundred more pounds if he had to survive in the wild.

@@oceejekwam6829 depends on the place. Go to Pennsylvania and you’ll see skinny black bears but go to northern Washington into Alaska and you’ll see gigantic brown and black bears

For a while I thought Leo was sniffing his lunch. I've never seen a bear and a man interact that way. It was amazing to see.
If that was me in there, the only thing Leo would be sniffing would be my need for a change in underware !

Though is wonderful to see their interaction and how they trust each other, you always have to be careful. I believe Jim found him and Leo has growing up in Jim's company. That doesn't mean he doesn't have wild instincts, he does. It is always wise to read the mood of the animal and if something doesn't seem right, keep your distance

Leo found Jim when he was Abandoned by his first wife he was dumped in the forest and raised with bear cubs such a sad story .

I think we all feel blessed that we arw are able to bear witness to Jim and Susan with their children. I know I am. I have very bad PTSD and these videos give me a few minutes of relief.

This must be one of the most amazing experiences you could ever have and very few get to .
Look at these huge and sharp claws and this big mouth. That bear got a bite foce around 1 ton and it's claws could literally tear a human into pieces or crush someones skull with one strike. But he's so soft and full of affection, like a big teddy bear.🧸🐻🐻

There is such beauty in an animal that can kill with one swipe of his massive paw and a man, which one would think his first instinct would be to grab his rifle and shoot the blood thirsty beast, but NO. They sit down and find comfort in each others company. If these 2 can love each other and be friends, What is wrong with the rest of this world?
