    用香蕉香精神奇除鸡蛋腥味。但注意,糖撒于蛋糕面糊上后需立即入蒸锅,否则糖会沉下去并消失。
    No need for a bamboo basket, you can easily steam a beautiful Traditional Chinese Steamed Cake. Just draw a cross with sugar, and magically it blossoms. Traditional Chinese Steamed Cake brings back fond childhood memories. Using banana extract magically eliminates the eggy smell. However, remember, once the sugar is sprinkled on the cake batter, it needs to go straight into the steamer, or else the sugar will sink and disappear.
    ▶️ Ingredients 材料:
    3 Eggs (A size) 鸡蛋
    200g Caster sugar 细砂糖
    300g Plain flour 普通面粉
    200ml 100plus Soda 100号汽水
    Banana extract 香蕉香精
    Red colouring 红色素
    ▶️ Tools 工具:
    Round mould 圆模具 (5 inches x 2)
    Steam 30 minutes 蒸三十分钟
    OR 或者
    Round mould 圆模具 (7 inches x 1)
    Steam 35 minutes 蒸三十五分钟

    130g Caster sugar 细砂糖
    180g Sweet corn cream style 玉米酱
    190g Self raising flour 自发粉
    15g Custard powder 蛋黄粉
    60g Melted butter 溶化牛油
