    THANK YOU. 😘 My mate tried silt removal in a pond with a 3 ton excavator....got it stuck!!
    I used 4 railway sleepers to get it back on dry land. Never would have done it without your videos to give me the idea 💡

    Well, this was a very enjoyable little pond series to watch happen.
    Thank's to Chris and his Uncle John.
    Now it's on to the next one on Uncle John's list as Chris is putting the finishing touches on the Bealy Good 5 acre pond job that's almost a lake.
    I wonder what's next on Chris's list as well.

    Hopefully! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 You have another massive pond/lake project or ten coming up. After the Beally pond/lake series we'll be Jonesing for another one. I know that's not how it works. But with Geoff filming plus of course you filming. I'll be having LetsDig18 withdrawals. Nice mud puddle they sacrificed all of those MASSIVE trees for. Maybe it'll look better once filled.

    Pond is not so little anymore. Looks very well. I guess you did dig and transfer a large amount of clay and soil. Hope it fills soon. Need some aerial views.

    Little Pond is Looking Good - we can't wait until it is Full of Water - will he introduce also Fish ? The Fill in Field got his Top Soil and got seeded and now for a Warm Blanket of Straw - ha !     Looks “Slicked” up. Pond turned out sweet, nice finish on it also. Now all you need is a nice slow drizzling rain for about 24 hours and the grass should jump out of the ground. Thanks for the ride along sir.

    Up here in Ontario we call the hard grey soil ,thats hard as rock when dry but like quick sand when wet Hard Pan, we have blown quite a few hydraulic hoses trying to dig it.

    The 5 acre and little pond videos were so much fun to watch. I do have a question though. Do the owners have to get some kind of permit to have ponds built? Do they get some kind of government funding for building water habitats for migratory birds and wildlife?

      Probably not. Some localities do want to know who is building one and where it is located. Where government money goes government control stays. Most people here do not want the government in their business.

      @@ronpeacock9939 - problem is - torrential rains, like from a hurricane, do little good. Historically, they do nothing for farmers, aquifers and the soil itself as they run off far too fast.
      A hurricane might fill up both ponds, but do too much damage and even kill people. Unfortunately, rains like that are becoming more common.

    As usual nice and well done job ---- Chris, do you spread seeds when job is over.....If so how many bags will you have to get for the 5 acres lake (no more pond)...! John should propose a contract for maintenance of the lake !! That would be a great contract !!! Have to put some lotus flower I put some in my 2 ponds it filters the water and are permanently in bloom, very nice --- fish do love them and the shade in summer !!! Best regards from French Guyana.

    Well if that around 5:30 on Wednesday sky has dropped out here in Durham I don't know if it's dropping out over there so it helped fill that pond up or not but if it is it's hard as it's coming down it ought to knock a pretty good dent in it

      Chris has shown himself spreading grass seed on his property, using a tow behind spreader with his kubota tractor.
