- What is your name/age/where do you live/where is your church?
I prefer to remain anonymous simply because I feel like that's what God wants me to do. Maybe that will change in the future but right now I don't think it will. I like to think of it as living Matthew 6:1.
- How do you choose the bible verses/topics to study?
A lot of my video topics come from requests from subscribers, so if there's a certain scripture or topic you would like to see a video on leave a comment below. When I'm studying my bible personally, I study areas that I know I need to improve in. Other times I randomly pick a scripture from the bible or I'll look up scripture mentioned in a sermon, etc.
- What Bible do you use?
I typically read out of the NIV and I use the Bible app on my phone (made by Life.Church/ YouVersion).
✏ ABOUT
I am just a regular girl who loves Jesus and studying the bible. I have no formal training in the word (which is probably clear from the videos lol). Study the bible with me as I make videos using my bible study bullet journal. Having a bible study journal has helped me learn how to get closer to God. I use my Christian bullet journal as a way to learn more about the word. The bible study videos are typically women's bible study videos, however all are welcome here. I also post a new video every Friday on a new chapter of the bible, starting with Genesis 1! Study the whole bible with me as I learn more about God's word, chapter by chapter. I cannot put into words how beyond GRATEFUL I am for this channel and amazing group of believers that support and share feedback with each other. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♡

I learned through Proverbs 1-2 that in order to get wisdom, knowledge, and understanding we have to seek him. Which means spend time in his word daily reading scripture and meditating on it. I know for myself finding time was an issue. I find getting up early even when I want to sleep more to seek the Lord. It’s not easy, but when you think of ALL his goodness and what he has brought you out of, you will get up! Have a blessed day ladies and remember God loves you!😀❤️

What stood out to me reading this was vs 10. Wisdom will enter our HEART, and knowledge will be pleasant to your SOUL. It really shows that the Word is a different kind of wisdom that affects our hearts, hence our relationship with others and our worldview. That the Word is transformative. Not just knowing a how-to, facts, etc.

I really liked the words “success” and “shield” in v 7 and “guards” in v 8.
We can be guaranteed of a successful Christian walk. And possibly a successful life on this earth if lived in a proper way.
God is going to GUARD us. He will make himself a SHIELD for us. I imagine Jesus using his body to block evil from me.

God’s morning, Believers. Proverbs 2 caused me to reflect, the word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Additionally, it is very clear that this chapter is reiterating the importance of wisdom, understanding and knowledge.

I started my journey in Proverbs yesterday with your video as I had just prayed that God would show me what to read and what He wants me to hear at the moment. He lead me to this book and to be able to dive into it with your knowledge is so lovely. Honestly I learnt that we need to choose the right path, and that path is God. Proverbs 2 actually reminds me of Jesus in Mathew 4 where he is tempted and in moments where Jesus is tempted by the devil he quotes from the Word and carried on with the right path no matter how hard!

Good voice of the way you break down the scriptures very easy to understand thanks and god bless When i first saw the title moral benefits of wisdom i got excited to think its a reward you gain to have knowledge a gift god gives to his people who choosing to be obedient,in submission with attentiveness to pay close attention to god and his instructions. Its feel like in my imagination Christmas and the excitement of gifts given to you from your parents for doing good i feel like god our father gives us his sons and daughters gives us gifts such as favor,grace, mercy, forgiveness,love, discipline, correction, free will of choice and when we look at our lives how we in our own understanding vs the ways of god and what the Bible says which way i choose: God's way. God word is safety for us. God word is protection for us. God word strengthen us. God word equip us for whatever life brings we can celebrate god and thank him in advance that he is with us and we are not alone.

Loved this. And when I got to the verses on the immoral woman I thought it was interesting how it contrasts with God’s Wisdom where it is given this image of a Holy and Insightful woman whose ways can save people from danger. I understood the adulteress to also be a personification of the wisdom and ways of the world. God bless. 🙇🏾♂️
