I woke up this morning at 4 am. And I took the time out to spend time with the lord. And during my conversation with him I asked him for strength and discipline. I then opened my bible and it took me right to proverbs one. As I was reading it. I told myself to take my time to fully receive what I am being told. So then I turned to RUclips and found your video. So I know you posted this 3 yrs ago but Thank you. Your teaching are still being heard 😊

The first thing I wrote down when I started reading was “look up the meaning of “fear of god.”
This is so important!
My Dad taught me to read a chapter of Proverbs each day as the date matching the chapter.
I want a God fearing wife like this, to read the Word of God everyday....a selfless lady not a selfie lady

Great video!! Proverbs is really powerful wisdom and it’s important to understand each word the way the Bible explains it, not how we want to view it- and I’m still learning everyday when I read proverbs thanks for the video!

10:55 Although valuable the reading of the "letter" in order to go "deeper" one must go beyond "studying the letter", for by "serching the scriptures one would not find life eternal"; to go "deeper" one must LIVE in the Present, every moment of the day and "see" that what the letter says, the the Voice of Wisdom, My Sister, speaks to my ears by the Word and not the letter, for "the letter [only] kills but the Spirit gives Life".

Basically, your show how to deep into understanding words and sentences in scripture, I LOVE THE WAY YOU DID on the videos, truly that is the who understanding of the scripture, just go for a word then you relate the real mean in the certain context, that sounds good for us all.

This helped me sooo much! I really want to study the book of Proverbs right now and this video helped me understand chapter 1 a lot. One thing it made me realize was the format of chapter 1. Verses 1-9 tells you about the purpose and intention behind the book of Proverbs and the benefits of applying them to your life. While the rest of the chapter (verses 10-32) talks about the consequences of not listening and applying Wisdom. Anyways, thank you so much and keep up the good work!! 💛✨❤️✨💛

One take away would be, Fear of the Lord makes you obidient which refrains you from doing wrong things in life and one day you would be proud that you never did the worldly things. Human are bound to be tempted which is why it is mentioned several times in the Bible “Look to the lord”

The Holy Spirit teaches us the Word and the Word is Jesus and Jesus is God and God is Wisdom only we have to turn/ follow / listen to him his always there talking to us

5:00 Without oposing your particular perspective, Perhaps besides talking about the David- Salomon relationship, it is also, from a Higher Order of things, referring to The Mother of us all and The Father of us all, for Jesus said:"do not call anyone Father for there is only one Father", in the same way, there is only one Mother to which the wise listens to but the fool do not. The point is, in order to be a Principle that anyone can apply, the Instruction must be beyond particulars "fathers and mothers", but as how God see things, from a Higher perspective, a more inclusive one, a birds eye sort of speak. So a garland in this case is like a gold medal or trophy since you only get that when you've won.
A chain is ALSO and more often than as a symbol of "rank in office", as something we use to and bind and restrict a dog or a prisoner. Almost nobody, these days, uses chains in other way unless an adorn or jewelry. This is perhaps to hint at what Paul says later on as "we have been bought at a price" and "we are boundservants of Christ"; so perhaps it is a bounding chain as in a slave or servant bought AND a sing of rank IN the Kingdom of God, which fools despise. May be 😉

My take away from this video is the detriment of skimming over words, assuming that you know their meaning.
