What a true masterpiece of a movie. So underrated! The actors did amazing and made the audience feel all the raw emotions. She knew he was death and decided she would keep him as Joe to ease her mind. ❤️😪

I fell in love with Brad Pitt's innocence in this film. He says thank you for loving me, thank you when she kisses him and thank you when they make love. So innocent and beautiful.

she is fabulous in this. the range of emotions - a whole movie's worth in one scene

Ok...Part two. She's old, shes dying and she knows it. She starts to see a figure out of the corner of her eye, each time she turns to look the figure is gone. She thinks of this time, these scenes are popping into her head and she wonders is it him? On her death bed he walks into the room and their eyes meet. It is love. A old version of the guy from the coffee shop is sitting with her but can't see what's going on. She turns to her husband, smiles, says thank you then dies..... with a pleasant smile on her face.

Heart wrenching, emotional scene when she finally realizes who he is and what's happening. The angel of death wants the woman he now loves and the world she lives in but can't have it. She loves the man who is the angel of death but can't have him. The acting and the music scores in this movie are incredible

Claire Forlani was exquisite, and absolutely perfect for this role.

Best advise of the movie was when father told his daughter to experience a love that strikes as thunder. That only love gives meaning to life and nothing else.

The moment she looks him in the eyes and she sees those cold orbs staring so impassively back....she knew.

I don't think there is anyone with the skills of romance like this lady she's for real her eyes her gesture how she shows her feelings and all ❤

  • @gwynnielsen5081

This is definitely one of my favorite movie scenes of all time because it expresses the authentic nature of love. If you truly love someone, that love continues on, forever, interminably. It doesn't matter if you are separated from the person in life or death.
