I keep being surprised that you are able to make so many good and useful things with only a few homemade tools and jigs. You are a real master in that. This video is again a perfect example of it. Thanks for sharing.
I don't know what not to like about this video. for someone who can't make a window like me , this video is amazing, but for people who can do ... no need to watch this video or dislike it . Many thanks
I am subscribing because you show how to make things without owning a lot of expensive equipment. I really like the jigs you make and encourage you to do more videos. Thank you!
Good video, I have run into the long clamp problem as well in the past. To have some clamping at least, I clamped the fingers together from top to bottom ... it was better than not clamping at all.
You can make a couple of corner clamps easily. Just make a piece of wood with a 90-degree angle and drill two big holes in it for F-clamps to go through -- two F-clamps for each corner clamp. If you make two corner clamps, that should be enough to guarantee that all four angles are 90-degrees.
What brand would be the best or the most quality, talking about routing bits or which one you recommend to buy, to start doing simple jobs. Thanks in advance....
The reason i came here is because i started working in a woodworking place as a helper( too much weight lifting and a hard job i am really tired all the time), so we had a huge order of wooden windows about 170 huge windows and the pros were using a lot of glue and when the windows went into the huge hydraulic press the glue was dripping out like crazy so we helpers had to clean the wood thoroughly and fast with sponges and water so the glue wont be visible. Isnt there a better way to glue them? Do we really have to use that much glue ? The pros told me its the only way to glue them properly but it cant be the only way, there has to be a better way with less mess.Any ideas?
