900,000 U.S dollars you'll never get it. Not in the Philippines . I could buy 3 regular size homes in Italy for the cost of that condo. Foreigners can own property in Italy without being a resident. Until they change the laws in the Philippines about foreigners owning property. No one would invest that type of money. BGC is too over hyped Greenfield is the place to live now.

How's the sound insulation? I'm tired of staying in "luxury/high end" condos and the sound insulation is shiet. I can hear people dropping stuff, slamming stuff, dragging chairs across floor, slamming unit doors when going in and out...etc. Straight terrible sound insulation. I live in Hsinchu City Taiwan. I live in condo as well with my family I have big master room big master bathroom bigger than you with big jacuzzi spa. We have 4 beroom 3 toilets, even we live in the building we have entrance foyer. We have 2 good size of balcony. 1 become a garden space and 1 is a laundry area. We have the same space with your property when it comes in living area and kitchen. With ekegant Italian decor inside. Our condo is bigger than you offer. Back then we bought our condo for 13millioj NT$. And if we will sell its around maybe 24million Nt$. With great location its verry very very very convinient. I am telling you your taking too much price for your house. Not all oeople in this wotld particularly in our country have that much money. How about you would buy for yourself. My friend's 3br penthouse in Bangkok that he just bought last month is at $800k and it's fully furnished at that.
If you are going to sell the unit. Make sure to include laundry facility and a dishwasher..

How's the sound insulation? I'm tired of staying in "luxury/high end" condos and the sound insulation is shiet. I can hear people dropping stuff, slamming stuff, dragging chairs across floor, slamming unit doors when going in and out...etc. Straight terrible sound insulation. I'm beginning to think a lot of these condos are built to look nice, but has poor sound insulation and subpar building materials.

I have big master room big master bathroom bigger than you with big jacuzzi spa. We have 4 beroom 3 toilets, even we live in the building we have entrance foyer. We have 2 good size of balcony. 1 become a garden space and 1 is a laundry area. We have the same space with your property when it comes in living area and kitchen. With ekegant Italian decor inside. Our condo is bigger than you offer. Back then we bought our condo for 13millioj NT$. And if we will sell its around maybe 24million Nt$. With great location its verry very very very convinient. I am telling you your taking too much price for your house. Not all oeople in this wotld particularly in our country have that much money. How about you would buy for yourself. I bet no I will go for house and lot or better I build for myself.
