Very sad and pathetic newer condos now. So expensive and you're given a hallway sized unit. Pang payat, super minimalist at anti social ka ba dapat sa condo na ito para no visitors can fit? A table does not even fit between the sofa and the TV screen. The size of the sofa shows the standard size, condo developers should take note of that and not just think of profits at tinitipid ang space and shortchanging people of their hard earned money.
Do you own your own or are you renting?
This is so true, recently bought my own slice of heaven, same size studio unit although different layout, pero pangit din tapos ang dami pang bawal. 😢
OMG! Won’t you get claustrophobic living in such a small space😟
tama po. Nagkamali nga ako ng pah invest ng pera ko ganian din nakuha ko ng Shore3 Suite B . Ka tuturn over sira na rangehood at sira na agad ng Stove pa start pa lang ako mag pa rent after pinagka gastusan ko jg fullu furnished.. grave gastos ko tapos renta lang 35k a month gisto pa baratin ang mga gusto umupa.
Can’t quite agree as to why people would get & invest in a small or maybe the smallest units then make it look lavish & stylish thinking it will look expensive but the expenses would be more than having a bigger place. I guess it all depends on how these units are being advertised & put all of the hype because of the so called aesthetics & I do not know why people go gaga over it I mean what for, just for the post on socmed? If the person who will study the place to design & knows what he will do he will definitely know what is to be considered to convince their clients for a better design next time. Also maybe before investing into something like this ourselves ask why first because if you want it for your personal use definitely it will be a different design how this small space will best suite our lifestyle not for aesthetics. Then if you want it for investment who will be our target clients, where is it situated & will it be feasible in the long run. But before we invest start checking out their kitchen & bathroom electrical & plumbing lines, the fixtures they used in the kitchen & bathroom, if it is gas connection, location of kitchen counter, how small the bathroom is & always consider a balcony in any unit because it makes the whole place cooler, extra space, a breath of fresh air even on a busy area & your drying area for clothes. The hype of making the place look expensive is what people think is the best but in reality sometimes it is more difficult to maintain, sometimes you do not have replacement of what was used & the ones installed were of inferior quality & so many things or maybe you need storage in areas that is more needed than the ones designed for aesthetic purposes. But best of all hire an architect or interior designer so that you will be guided as well even before you plan to invest in one by just tagging them along just to see your prospective units & get their insights in that way they can make your unit more efficient especially on a budget you have in mind.

Nicely done unit for a tiny space for one person. This isn’t even conducive for a couple, forget about having visitors. Saan istore ang mga cleaning materials? Saan maglalaba ang tenant? Kakain mag-isa facing the wall because the space isn’t even enough for a table. Kudos to your foreman’s workmanship.
Parang wala naman respeto ang developers sa potential clients and residents nila sa liit ng spaces.

In Feng Shui the space where the objects are is more important than the objects themselves. You're going to have water at the entrance from the kitchen sink. Fire element maybe we don't have to worry so much because improved stoves but you're placing your things where when you get home?

You are welcomed into the kitchen, first thing you see 😂😂😂
Common layout design nowadays because developers wanted to put more units per floor for more income & not considering the functionality that is why architects do have to convince them not to do this anymore. Aside from that overcrowding then using gas lines on residential buildings may cause more problems especially to tenants who do not know how to live in their units. And in case of emergency it will be more difficult to move around in very small spaces.

Just to give you an idea it all depends on what type of design you want & materials to be used. Since there is IKEA in the Philippines already & if you can drop by to see their model designs it may give you ideas for the total cost. It will be expensive if the unit you invested would be bare meaning you only have provisions for the kitchen plumbing works without the counter & the bathroom may have the toilet fixture & sink but no tiles so that can be added cost for the tiler to put the tiles you purchased. If on a budget best to scout for the materials you wanted before any renovations so that you know your budget. If you let the one to buy everything including materials then do the construction they can top up for the price of the materials purchased. Best to get an architect or an interior designer so you can be guided. Also after the construction meaning if you needed additional storage or counter space or instead of using a door you opted for a sliding door for the bedroom or bathroom (but that can be additional cost), then you can decorate your place slowly as time goes by just as not to overwhelm you with the expenses. Because in reality it is more expensive to do renovations especially when there would be demolitions involved than construct a new one.
