Is it atleast detecting your lto6 drive, if yes then check the firmware level of ur drive it might not be compatible with your library firmware.

IBM 3573-2UL TS3100 tape library Error showing "Mechanical Block" 8D 07

Cause
CAUSE:Shipping lock not removed.
CAUSE:Hardware/chassis/robotics failure.
CAUSE:Cartridges obstructing SLED path.
Answer/Solution
FIX:SLED is part of the robotics assembly that moves the robot towards the Operator Control Panel (OCP) or back towards the drive. Error 8D signifies that the SLED has been obstructed.
