Great video but I have one challenge to your remarks. You said you are on a 70/30 split when you join KW PLUS you have to give money via profit share to the sponsors above you. However, this is wrong. You are on a 70/30 split regardless. 30% goes to the brokers. Its then the brokers who share profit of that 30% back to the agents... it does not come out of your pocket. And PS - I'm not a KW agent lol! Just wanted to clarify that!
Wow! I wish if there is brokerage here offers like your brokerage. I'm having difficulty finding a good deal. Hello Natalie , With the brokerage that you are with , are you aware of the details in which the situation might occur that you would like to switch brokerages and are you able to transfers your earned clients, data etc ?
Great video for the most part... You are misleading about KW and the sponsorship program, and the company splits. The agent does not have a 30% split AND another fee for your sponsor. The KW office pays your sponsor out of their profit! It is called profit share!! AND it is not a pyramid scheme! Now I see why people think that. Also, KW has a cap. Once your cap is paid, the agent earns 100% commission. As far as the rest of the brokerages go, I have no idea because KW is the only brokerage I would want to be at. Make sure you fully know your content before sharing with the world. 😁

I’m in the process of interviewing prospective brokerages. Most of the seem like a nightmare! WTF?!! No standards commission splits & fees all over the place! This is worse than studying for the test! Which is a 168 hours in CO.!! Damn!!!
That is totally innacurate regarding profit share , completely ! KW profit share comes from the brokerage profits. Let’s make it simple Your KW office owner does their books end of month ( all is reported to main corporate office). INCOME - EXPENSES = Profit Profit is split amongst agents ! Simple.
Great Video! I just recently passed the exams in Colorado, which is good, right? Only problem? I was so laser-focused on passing tests, choosing a brokerage never came to mind! I'm middle - aged, and I don't want to make the mistake of being a newbie signing on with the wrong brokerage. Do you feel the same way about this brokerage a year later? Would there be any more wisdom you would pass on now? 😁 I'm "interviewing" brokerages this week in search for a new start to my life!

Love your videos. Thank you so much. Do you think having a specific mentor or coach is not so necessary? I found a brokerage similiar to yours and they don't have a specific training system but everyone helps everyone in that brokerage. They are about 5 agents and the broker is someone I know for years.
Hey Veronica, thanks for your comment! I think it just depends on how much training you personally need. If you are innovative and like to learn by doing, then my suggestion is to get help as you need it but also keep researching via RUclips, blogs, etc. There is so much to learn in this business and it's never ending! I think that training programs are essential in the beginning for sure, but most often they do not cover real life situations or transaction etiquette. Keep asking questions and you will find the answers! Hope this helps, and reach out if there's anything else I can assist you with :)

Please have them open in California, haha.
I cannot find a brokerage that fits well with me to save my liiiiiife. 😫
Your desires/expectations parallel mine and I'm having such a hard time finding a brokerage that meets any of it.
Ugh Maggie! I'm so sorry to hear that. Who are you with now and where are you in Cali? I lived out in LA for 6years and have networks in other parts of SoCal --would be happy to connect you. Just lmk 🤗
I’m in the process of interviewing prospective brokerages. Most of the seem like a nightmare! WTF?!! No standards commission splits & fees all over the place! This is worse than studying for the test! Which is a 168 hours in CO.!! Damn!!!
I wish this was Colorado!
great video, thank you. does your desk fee cover the cost of your website and CRM?
The desk fees with website and CRM total to $150/month with my brokerage. Thanks for reaching out!
That is totally innacurate regarding profit share , completely ! KW profit share comes from the brokerage profits. Let’s make it simple
Your KW office owner does their books end of month ( all is reported to main corporate office).
INCOME - EXPENSES = Profit
Profit is split amongst agents !
Thanks for your comment, Chad! I commend your discipline. Keep at it -- interviewing multiple companies to find the right brokerage for you is crucial. To answer your question, I still love my brokerage and I continue to proper by selling myself before ever selling the home. YOU ARE YOUR BRAND. I'd love to connect again soon and wishing you the very best!
@@nattypb How did you find that particular Brokerage? I am in Colorado. Thanks!
@@chadm7872 I, too am totally new at this. I just passed my re exam 2 weeks ago. Im in Florida. I have yet to go on my first interview (also middle aged, well 40's). I would suggest talking to any agents you know personally. And also going to brokerage sites and checking how they display their clients and whats important to you like if they volunteer etc. Also, before I go into my first interview, whether in person or on zoom I'm going to make sure I know as much about the co beforehand and have important questions written out. I really liked Climers take on your first interview.
@@stephanieholts7685 I posted that comment a while ago, and I’ve signed with a brokerage. Thanks for the info, though! One thing you’ve gotta remember, though! You are interviewing them! You don’t work for them! Good luck!
So different than when I was an agent in 1996 and even again in 2014. Training consisted of “Here’s the desk, here’s the phone, lots of luck, you’re on your own!” Very cutthroat.
Y quien paga por esa oficina si todos reciban el 100% y el transaccion fee es de $250 y el minimo de una oficina son $5mil al mes?
Do you guys have Location near West Palm Beach or just Naples?
We have 3 offices : Plant City (near Tampa) Cape Coral, and Naples. Hope this helps! if you're thinking of joining us, hit me up on IG @nattypb -- I can answer any questions you have!
Keller Williams only gives a percentage from the brokerages cut. So in the 70 30 you would only give 30 percent nothing more
Love your videos.
Hope this helps, and reach out if there's anything else I can assist you with :)
definitely oudated info on kw's model and not a true & accurate representation of how it works.
u get 64 in kw
Great video! I’m interested in becoming a real estate agent. I live in Central Florida and currently researching how to begin the process. I would love any advice you may have. Thanks!
Did you become an agent, we plan to also
@@robertclarke7411 yes I did
Oops. Bad info. Not accurate. Great presentation but poor research.
Your beauty shines through in every post! Those lips are so lovely. 💖
I ALMOST SIGNED WITH KW! I'm glad I didn't! Too much money goes to KW franchise and brokerage. KW will nickel and dime you out the gate! No thank you! If you like to give away a chunk of your commissions, KW is for you!
Hi Natalie, is there any way we could talk? I can share my email?
