I am absolutely speechless. If I were in your shoes Chris, I would cease posting videos until you speak to an attorney for some much-needed legal advice. Do not let your family know what your next move is going to be. You can't handle this alone any longer as a result of the Restraining Orders that your family has filed against you. Protect what is left your dignity and you will prevail in the end. Please be careful from here on out.

Talk to an attorney on Monday. Have them file an order to go get your stuff. Most judges will grant that. Be careful what you say and post on RUclips because that's evidence they can use against you. Use the legal system to your advantage. Don't hurt yourself in this situation.

Alan that is true, however it wasn’t too long ago that his dad was helping him out somewhat and his sister certainly didn’t seem anti Chris until whatever tipping point occurred. While we may never know it sure seems over the top to do what they did. Hopefully at some point down the road we will get a better idea of what went on.

Yep welder and compressor as well...that quansit will be empty when he comes back to get his stuff..hopefully before he left he took video of everything in there where it was laying so he can go back and show whats missing then go through their shop with the police and take all of his stuff back.
His brother is with him, so let's hope he will get most of the stuff out there.

Get a lawyer and then hire someone to move your stuff off the farm. Avoid contact and do not do anything that will hurt you later. Stay positive if you can.

@@jamesdukes597 Doesn’t matter.Courts 7-10 times are gonna grant the family or wife what they want. It sucks but at least your not in jail.I had bro in law who had girl living with him. They got in a fight she called police after he ripped phone out of wall. Police made him leave and eventually prosecutor charged him with kidnapping for the phone. He had to leave until he ended up evicting her which took 90 days. Worst part they weren’t married. She lived 90 days free and totally trashed the house and pole barn.Michigan gotta love it.

Chris, I had a falling out with my parents too. It's been 13 yrs since they pushed me out. I doubt now they even know why. It stings when it happens but you are a great person and a lot of people see your potential. Move on with your life and no longer interact with them. Zero. They will realize after you moved on that they no longer can bad mouth you. Trust me their friends are tired of them too. Good luck man. I'm pulling for you.

I would have your brother load all your tools and anything else he can manage to load. Contact lawyer they have to let you remove your stuff
I'm guessing they noticed the chopper gone and there trying to get your building and other equipment before you get it out and if your not there they can go through the rest of it with out you noing
I've got a 53' step deck with beavertail and ramps if you ever need it to get stuff moved. I'm a couple hours north of you, but you're welcome to it. Get a lawyer, grab your stuff and get out. They just made your future easier to decide. Put it behind you and leave.

First calm down. Don’t have any contact with any one in your family. They could be recording your conversations that includes texting.
Get the best lawyer in the state immediately. When you go to see the attorney be prepared to give him a list of everything they have taken/ stolen or owe you. DO NOT show your temper to anyone stay calm and don’t screw yourself.

The first time I commented I scolded you for the way you're treating your aging father... then after a while I saw how he was treating you and I did something I rarely have to do, I apologized to you. Ever since I've watched in complete unbelief at the abuse your family, particularly your father, have unloaded upon you (with the exception of the ongoing support and help from your brother). You do have Rights and you have to fight for yourself. Do it and don't look back. Turn them in for anything and everything you can think of and don't hold back, they aren't. Remember it's said: Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but leave room for God’s wrath. For it is written: “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay, says the Lord.” Chris, do what you have to do to protect yourself and property and leave enough space for the Lord to do his work (looks like he'll have his hands full for quite a while).
Please don't give up, you've worked too hard. To have vision and the strength to see through the impossible hardships of modern farming is something special and unique.

Wow what a DK move! Now your going to have to talk to lawyer who won't rip you off and will walk you all the way through court to get all your stuff out and how to sue them ASAP! (((((Don't even think about it just do it right away. The longer you wait the more of your stuff disappears.)))))). Make a list of everything you own or all the papers on equipment and proof of $$$$ owed. Do on to others as they have done to you even family. 👍👍Plus if you can hire a private investigator to watch if any of your stuff leaves the farm.

Let them try, because if they damage any thing, Chris has proof of sale the property on the farm is his, they don't.
You can go to the court and get an order for your property, write a list and proof their yours (if they say its their) for the court and officers..

Chris it's not much but our farm is 20 minutes off of the mass pike Sturbridge exit, you ever need a place to park the equipment for a night it's open for ya.

I mean if your father is gonna be petty I'd get him for theft. For taking your tools thinking it was his while you where away. On top of the $10,000 he owes you. And if that robot milker is in your name take it with you or make your father make payments to you for it. You are way to nice in this situation.

They didn't think this through very well, you have such an advantage over them and I'm quite shocked that judge even approved that order, makes me wonder if he/she was aware of the hell you have had to endure because of them. Time to move on and concentrate on yourself, from my experience don’t get waste time and money on fighting them, move on and be positive and keep achieving for yourself and you will end up way further ahead.
I hate lawyers but it's time, now that you have the restraining order it should help the case that the farm needs to pay off the robot or get thier own loan so nothing of yours is there. The rest of your stuff don't sweat it the judge will set up a time for u to remove it. And lucky for u there is video proof of what is yours

Keep a couple of Dry Chem FE's on board, along with a Half-Gallon Pressure sprayer with a couple of Gallons of Water.
If you should have a Hub Fire, quell the flames with the Dry Chem, then spray the hub Outer, between the tandems, and the inner brake lining, (watch for heated broken parts as you scoot under trailer for that last), repeat until fire stops spontaneous combustion; and you can save your trailer /Tractor using this system.
I have saved FOUR Trac-Trailers using this system, one of them my Own along with the Two households and the collectible Mercedes on board my trailer.
Make sure you add improvements like the repair hut & everything physical to add up to compensate for your improvements @ get written evaluations of every changes you made

Get an injunction against them so you can move your gear out, make sure you have receipts for tools etc.... get everything out and move on. The you should have been shifting out anything that you could move before now but they can't prevent you from getting your gear out.

First up you need a lawyer, make a list of what's yours at their property! I'm sorry they are treating you this way. I wish I could help. Need to arrange a crew to go and get your stuff out and move on. My brother took the trust to court saying theirs more money! Judge asked them what kind of a fishing expedition are they on! Nothing compared with what your family is doing to you. Family can suck that's for sure! Stay positive and fight back! Use the courts to fight back!

I would think that if the family that controls the property is going this far you might get a judge to discharge the co-sign on the robot loan considering the equipment has to be on the property you can't access. Might free up some capital to get established
