Very confusing. I haven’t got to the end, but the European HRV/Vezel is nothing to do with the American car. The US HRV is built on the Civic platform while the European one is built on the Fit platform, and consequently has the magic seats but also a smaller engine with a hybrid power train. The American HRV is sold in Europe but here it is a hybrid car and has a different name. I think Honda’s naming is confusing and this is exacerbated by the way so many news feeds muddle the cars up.
Agreed.. the thing is a dog and the interior is spartan at best. Put in a hybrid powertrain as already exists in other markets. Better mileage and better performance than the slug we have in n. America honda already has the powertrains...just stick one in
Totally agree! I had one and got rid of it because the lack of power began to feel like a safety issue to me. If a driving circumstance required me to get out of way quickly, such a getaway might have been questionable at best. I don’t need a 5-second 0-60 out of this kind of car, but need it to be able to get out of its own way.
We expect new HRV hybrid 2025 and better power engine and torque, etc, etc, etc, etc. …
Cute car....just need more power and better gas mileage
They changed the rock solid motor, for a new GDI version, with less power. Keeping my 2008 CR-V forever.
What about the CRV? We need some changes on it. Like, larger info screen. Ventilated seats. Run flat tires on the Hybrid since there is no spare tire!

Yes, this is the ZRV in Europe I believe. The European HRV is smaller than the ZRV.
I liked the original design of the HR-V infinitely better....
why no hybrid available in the US ?????????????
It's coming.
@@worrywart1311 Not in 2025 model - according to the Honda website.
@@travelwithdands A pity. It's already on sale here in Australia.
FIX THE POWER!! Duh!! Damn, more plastic, is their answer? 132 -138 ft torque, for 3300+ lbs of car? 11 + seconds, 60 mph?
Still no hybrid in usa. Why??
Because we are stupid enough to accept it.... What a JOKE!!!!
Love the urban gray color
The car is severely underpowered with gas mileage mediocre at best Instead of changing things that really do not matter, fix the power train !!!
Nonsense. The vehicle is perfectly fine the way it is.
Disagree but that is fine. I think the car is a dog.
@@cgmiddle No, it's sluggish and underpowered. Get off Honda's knob.

Is that called the ZRV in Europe or is it a restyled HRV?
The Toyota Corolla Cross has a hybrid version. It even is a 5th Gen. Hybrid while the RAV4 still 4th Gen. I will stick with my Honda CRV Hybrid.
Need to see a Hybrid Hrv
The base model still has no sunroof option even at $30k🤷🏼🤔
The HRV needs a bigger engine.
25mpg my old dodge neon got 35 city damn near 50 on the hwy lol
Awful design at the front. I still like the older version front grill.
Hybrid is needed to compete Toyota Corolla cross
underpower and overpriced, sounds about right coming from honda
No power seats except on the EX-L Model is dumb!
I excluded this car because no hybrid and slow engine.
Is this channel crazy , Toyota cross is way better than the HR-v ....HRV is so underpowered , it' dangerous .
Both are trash IMO. Neither company builds high-quality vehicles any longer.
And, Lumbar support! The seats suck! Uncomfortable for long drives!
Why does the CR-V get better mileage then the HR-V?
Crappy old engine in the HR-V
@@marksea64 Crappy? or the most reliable Honda engine in existence?
The US version of the latest HR-V is fugly, lackluster trash.
