    On your question about the Corvettes, I would prefer the C7. I think they look awesome and I personally think the Corvette should be front-engined. I think it's wrong that the C8 is mid-engined. Corvettes are the front-engined sports cars. They should have made a new model for the mid-engined car.

    Do I understand this correctly? When you sent the keep to the dealership they told you one of your heads needed replacing? And the problem was a simple evap leak?

    • @Timmymao163
      @Timmymao163 Год назад

      The lifter was replaced by the dealership for $3200, of which the customer paid $1200. That fixed the CEL coming on.
      The second CEL was due to the evaporative leak, that Craig fixed in house.

    I have been in the car trade for over 35 years and things are very different now with the internet and online reviews. In my opinion the only place you went wrong with this one was you should have refunded them the money they paid towards the engine repairs. You have gone on to make a decent profit on the Jeep but in this instance a smaller profit and customers not left out of pocket would have been a better long term strategy as word of mouth in a small town is the best form of advertising.
    I am not saying you did anything wrong but some you win and some you lose. You would still have won on this one the girl wouldn't have been out of pocket. I think that would have been a better resolution.

      After 35 years in the business have you ever taken back that was messed up? Have you taken one back that was wrecked, have you taken one back after you were slandered? And by chance you have done all of those have you ever taken a car back that was messed up wrecked and after the people who purchased it slandered your name and business? I highly doubt it. Craig was more than fair. Anything else would be simply taking advantage

      @@RegardlessRecords I gave my opinion and if you read it you would see that I said he did nearly everything right and I would only do one thing different. He did what he thought was best and that is fine.
      Also the Jeep was hardly wrecked. Craig did not have to spend very much money or put much time in it to repair it and also made money repairing it.
      I gave my opinion which Craig asked people to do in the video. It is my opinion, you don't have to agree with it.

    Yikes. That tool is so wrong. You use the the tool that uses studs you tack weld onto the damage & pull it. Then just grind the studs off. The hole tool will rust the damage from inside out. It also gives you bondo worms inside too. Being you own a car lot & you will come across this again buying the right dent puller would be a good investment for you. Throw the one you currently have in the garbage.
