I find it comedic that people can’t understand that these celebrities are very acclimated to curating their image when in front of devices that can capture that image.
Bob Odenkirk explained that since adopting the role of Saul, over these past few years, people smile at him. It must be wonderful for him-and of course they do. I hope that they always will, and I am so glad that they do. If I ever see him, I know that’s what I’ll be doing!
Bobs legacy will live on after the hype takes its rightful seat in the back. The man has transcended what could’ve been a great career and reached for something greater venturing into a legendary career. It’s easy to take advantage of TV as a lesser medium but everything that Bob did on Better Call Saul was pure artistry. Talk to me in 10 years when we talk about the greatest shows ever and I know that one that will be talked about is Better Call Saul and a pretty significant reason for that will be because of Bob. I hope that this legend gets more and more recognition
Your feet are so firmly planted Bob and you're so self deprecating. Keep them there and keep loving your life and your true riches, your family and friends and all the best with your future roles.
Congratulations Bob. He deserves it. And I want to thank Bob for taking the time to express how much he appreciates Hollywood and the business he is a part of (even though he is supposed to disdain it). So many people bash Hollywood constantly while ignoring all of the great things that it produces (yes, it produces bad things too). Thanks Bob.
In 2014 Bob came to Seattle to perform. He had new jokes with them on paper and tried them out, so to speak. I loved the material and how it was presented. After, he had a crude sign at his table that said “Star” on it for us to go for autographs. Loved that. He was personable with us while signing his new book. I went to see him because I already liked him and more so after, and more so since. I can’t think of anyone I’m happier for for their success. I’m a forever fan.
After seeing all the Saul Goodman suits, I almost didn’t recognize Mr Odenkirk in a beautiful, tailored suit! Looking good! Congratulations on your star, you are so deserving of the honor. Can’t wait to see what you do next!
Bob Odenkirk is such a great guy! He really deserves the star. I'm looking forward to the Nobody franchise to fill the massive vacuum by the finale of the Breaking Bad / Better Call Saul universe.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And behind him a pale man with no hair, in a pink suit and orange tie, whom proclaimeth, "Did you know that you have rights? The Constitution says you do..."
I read a comment by someone who was on one of his shows and apparently, he goes out of his way to avoid the extras. He didn’t acknowledge their existence and never thanked them (whereas everyone else on the show did). Honestly he sounds like the very “Hollywood” he makes fun of in his speech. Not cool.
Hahaha, this video, his own speech, is much less popular than the other ones, because a woman in the beginning accidentally mentions "Hollywood [honors]". People are so effin pathetic.
Bob Odenkirk is quite possibly in the top-10 of the most likeable people ever...
I'll second that
Marc Maron said Bob makes him very uneasy because of his temper. Saying something coming from a crab like Maron.

These days I'm very selective about what and how much I watch of streamed shows, no TV. Better Call Saul is brilliant.
I may have to start watching it.
