    Small mistake in the intro riff tab, the first note is 3rd fret, not 2nd, and the 2nd note is 7th fret, not 5th.

    One of my favorite teachers on RUclips, thanks for all of your good vibes. Don't want to be the ''Freebird'' guy in the front row but you're the only one putting up hard to find tutorials (ie. this, Subterranean Homesick Blues, etc.) Wondering if you would consider having a crack at Hank Williams - I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry. Being a drummer, never thought I would play a stringed instrument, so thanks for the inspiration!

    In my opinion you are THE BEST ukulele teacher on RUclips. And the nicest 😋
    I love Johnny Cashs songs ❤
    Especially the underrated not so popular ones (unlike Folsom Prison Blues, it's not not so popular 😅)

    Isn't the strum pattern actually dDUdDU? Not saying that what you said doesn't fit.

    • @TenThumbsProductions
      @TenThumbsProductions  4 года назад

      It is close, he doesn't use that mute sound, but it is more of a muted strum without a full mute. Johnny Cash's strumming style was famous for sounding like a freight train, so it is essentially the same but not a full mute and more of a muffled sound. Rock on man!

    I love ukulele and I watched all your video on ukulele. However I also started learning baritone ukulele. Do you play baritone? Will you have any video for Bari?

    • @prestonwebster6261
      @prestonwebster6261 7 лет назад

      baritone uke is much different from a normal uke. A baritone uke is tuned dgbe and is played more like a guitar with the low E and A strings removed

    • @TenThumbsProductions
      @TenThumbsProductions  7 лет назад

      Hey Harrison, I enjoy Baritone Ukulele as well, but I don't own one. Further down the line I would love to but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Sorry man.

    • @HaidenGaming2014
      @HaidenGaming2014 7 лет назад

      Ok. But will you know any easy way to convert from guitar to baritone, or any idea how to? I mean fingerpicking or tabs.

    • @prestonwebster6261
      @prestonwebster6261 7 лет назад

      To convert the tab you would have to just not use the E and A strings. maybe find the note that youd be playing on those strings and find the same one on the ones you have on your bari uke
      for example if it said 1 on the A string, you would have to find an A# on the Dgb or e string you have on the uke

    where is the play?

    • @TenThumbsProductions
      @TenThumbsProductions  6 лет назад

      Playing the song with the lyrics started to make the videos too long, I would encourage playing with the actually track. Having said that, I am strongly considering another Tenthumbs channel dedicated to just play-a-long, so you think that would be beneficial? It would mean a lot more work, but it might help a lot of people.
