- So recently I have been asked a couple of times to showcase my load order that I have been using on the PS5 and so today I present to you my mod list.
Due to the limit of the mods that you can use on the PS5, I do understand that you will probably see mods on here that you have seen in other load orders.

If you pick the right mods and organize them correctly, you can easily have a load order of about 150 mods 😊

it’s my first time playing skyrim since 2011 when i first tried it out & oh my goodness it’s one of the best games ever
It's a great game, but hard disagree. It's incredibly flawed and buggy with very antiquated, watered down, repetitive systems (such as the combat and the leveling systems). Mods make is a much better game. It has many redeeming qualities, but it's already proving to be a product of its time.

I’d check out lampposts of Skyrim, and better roads and better rocks. They give a more vibrant color to the rocks making them look more real around the world. The roads add some more stoned type roads around villages and better dirt roads also. Also immersive citizens that’s a must for me also adds a whole new feel to the game. Also this one’s hit or miss but I’d try it at least once. War of Skyrim this actually adds locations where the groups are battling/unique run ins. I use skills unique spells 1/2 adds some cool new versions is magic i like. Anyways rant over great video man! I use most of yours but there’s a lot that has me excited to jump back on.

I'm not ready to use mods yet. My first playthrough on my PS5 is for the trophies. So I've saved this, it will be useful for my next playthrough.

@@AurbisYT I'm not sure, I haven't actually looked yet. I know three of them that I have to actively chase are the pick 50 pockets, be wanted in all holds and collect all deadric artifacts. That last one will need a new playthrough because it's a pain. And honestly I'm not going to Ork to hard for that because it can be glitchy as.
Yeah I managed to get all achievements a few years I remember it being kinda buggy. Well I hope it goes well for you!
@@AurbisYT Farcry 3 is the only game that I've received the platinum trophy. For Skyrim it's always been that Daedric artifacts stopping me. Hopefully this time.
I used to trophy/achievement hunt a lot. You will get it done for sure but i understand it can sometimes be a little annoying.
Regarding Riverwood, I use an excellent mod called Elven Riverwood. I think it is by a Russian modder. It adds some ruined elven walls and monuments. Good stuff.

I like the ones that completely change the cities by adding tress, bugs, bushes, different colored roofs and roads

You should see my pc modlist. I had a few rules.
1:it has to look like skyrim and remain lore accurate.
2: be as photo realistic as possible.
Result. Fully parallaxed photorealistic textures, lighting and weather. It's how skyrim would look if it released in 2024. My mate popped over while i was playing and thought skyrim released yet another game version. He hasnt played since 2016 and couldnt believe how realistic my game looked while still being instantly recognizeable as skyrim.
Switching to pc was the best decision for skyrim specifically. Runs amazing, better visuals, plethora of armor and weapon mods, expansions, custom voiced followers like Inigo, etc.
Plus no bs limits on number of mods or capped size of mods. Over 1,500 mods and still going up every month. Can never play skyrim on a console ever again

I’ll have to check him out, also I appreciate the subscription but this video is the only mods video I have planned for the channel because mods aren’t my speciality and my change is more focused on the Lore and Secrets in Elder Scrolls.

Honestly, i love the base game as it is. I only ever took issue with Dawnstar and i suppose Morthal. Not to mention that last time i used mods it messed up my system. I had to delete everything. Ignoring that, i understand consoles are significantly weaker than PC but something that has always bothered me was the lack of life in the oceans and lakes. I wish there was a mod to add more sea creatures to skyrim. Maybe there is for PS5 but i'm stuck with PS4. Not that i'm complaining of course. I'm grateful for what i have but still.
I just got skyrim this month on july 3rd and i downloaded these mods from your video i got ia92s epic enhanced graphics and ia92s epic enhanced waters and then a quality world map and point the way and i found this one on my own “ai overhaul” which makes the ai npc more lively if that makes sense and then i have trees in cities special edition and thats what i added to my game and it looks and plays really good console im on xbox one x (2017) also thanks for the help of the mod setup 🤙🏻🔥🔥

Wow i just discovered that you can mod the game in the console version
It's stunning now we just need the bethesda severs to be more stable and i personally need a mod to be allowed to equip multiple rings and amulets i got used to wearing 4 rings and 1 amulet
I think there is a mod for more rings on PS5
@@AurbisYThello i am back on your video because i was hoping ya might help me the enhanced graphics V5 by ImperialAgent1992 it's glitched out bad for me but it was working a few days ago but now it causes flickering delayed textures and worse some of the lighting outside is sharp enough to hurt my eyes any clue what's going on it is my only graphics mod and i had it both at the top then loaded at the bottom of load order didn't help any advice would be a god send internet hasn't helped yet
@@elden_lord22 I’m pretty sure in the video I was using V1 or I think it’s just called enhanced graphics. So maybe the V5 version just have some issues. Only thing I could say is maybe use a different version and see if that fixes it :)

You know you have access to a LOT more mods than PlayStation if your on Xbox right? You have access to mods that actually use custom textures and meshes such as smim, skyland, clevercharff, noble Skyrim ect.
@@MattDean-o1t yes I use many but often they bug together and some make the game pitch black at night. I like the ones listed here as they make the base game look great. I would like to try some. They should be also on Xbox i think. I always use the Unofficial patch, as my first, although it does not cover most recent anniversary expansion. Unless there is a new version 🤔.
Do you use the EFX Mod I think it’s called? It’s a popular lighting mod but i do know that mod makes the night time really dark.
@@AurbisYT I am currently travelling so not sure, I definitely use few lighting mods for few things and I disabled two lately. Some really make the game pitch black. I remember in one play through doing the Golden Glow estate quest and fighting my way against the mercenaries with a complete black screen because it was nighttime. 🤯. Love mods though. I am even considering buying a Gaming PC eventually because of so many mods to many games. But it is expensive.

I know a lot of people are tired of the skyrim re releases but i woulld love 1 more that adds some of th e mods from the nexus community and creation cluds to the game plus some more player homes the weather mods, maybe the abity to have more than 2 kids, revamped the use some of th emods for the dlc, since they 2 ar elacking, and a mod that will make the map easier, like all player homes and towns are blue all cleared places red, all dragon shouls purlple soemthng like that, special mod pack of 150 new follower sin to the world, the mod that u can send ur follolwers to any place u want, adding ur own guards to ur hoes, mor einteractions with the kids, like sending thm to the magic or bard school or having them join one of ur factiosn, of course some mor epets weaposn armor and lnew locations and bossess , to battle , dragon mods to get different dragons, a little more powerful and different looking a some new spels pwoers , a better character creation system , , all for the next gen,
Was interested until first couple seconds where a full grown tree was growing in the middle of a wooden walkway ... looks good but that alone destroys all emersion
Yeah I do explain it later on in the video I think and I say what mod to get rid off in order for it not to clash with

Playing this on PS5 for the first time, Vanilla to level 45. Then installed this modlist and it looks amazing thanks! Only issue I;ve come across now is that survival mode is broken I think. Eating does nothing to improve stamina just continues to drain?

I figured out the issue. I believe it's the organization mod. What it possibly does is revert the vanilla food back to normal (no hunger points given). The only once I found that work are foods added by the Survival mode and fishing creations. If it says food or drink won't work

I have different mods for all of my cities/ towns, but especially love the Riften one that you mentioned, and I also have Ana’s textured mod, and Whiterun, a city full of life, including the exterior mod version of Whiterun, too! I also added a bunch of house mods for when I play on survival mode ☺️However, I don’t want or need any of those environmental mods or cheat mods, and I have been playing my games with never using the map. Makes it seem more realistic for me…nice job, though showing some cool mods…☺️.. I play on the PS4.

Couple of these mods about retexture will the game on PS4 make it lag more or drop below 30 FPS? I have the SE Skyrim and PS4 slim. I don't want to overdo it just change it a bit when I start a new game.

in many of these scenes i do like more the original look than the molded version. The realistic look some of these provide take away some of that Skyrim magic

Honestly, Markarth is a city that I don’t really go to so I didn’t think I needed to change it but there definitely some cools ones to add.

Thank you for the engagement on the video. If you had an attention span that wasn’t the same as an IPad kid then you would see that further into the video, I showcase the three mods that I used for Whiterun and which one to remove for the clipping issue to be resolved.

Got the platinum on ps4 and then spent over 200 hours playing with mods.
I'm going to start completely fresh with the ps5 version and get another platinum so I can't use mods with a fresh save. It's going to feel weird playing the vanilla version

I dislike seeing mode that just fill Whiterun and other cities with tons of trees. Yeah, it’s absolutely gorgeous, but Skyrim (Whiterun specifically) is a tundra. It’s defined by its sparser plant life and lack of trees.

I'm definitely like that with Morrowind and Oblivion, and don't mind vanilla Skyrim at all. Love the cohesive art style and 'cold' soft colour palette.
You have to be so careful with choosing mods so they are as cohesive as possible, or you can end up with a real mish-mash of art styles (which can be fine, ofc, but I'm quite fussy with keeping Skyrim as Vanilla + as possible, and Lore-friendly!)
@@ladyfox6705 same. I can only do mods if they still feel really cannon. Which is why I tend to just use creation club. Tundra homestead is the only mod I choose besides the newest smattering of mods that came with anniversary edition. (Which bothered me, because I didnt know anniversary edition came with mods. It corrupted my save)
@@ava4689 Well AE is just all the CC content bundled up. I got AE on Playstation because we're so limited over there, but on Xbox I'm still on SE.
The vanilla + mods I love especially include things like Skyland landscapes, From The Rift to the Reach for architecture (Markarth looks incredible!); I use Realistic Water 2 for my water; a variety of great tree, grass and flora overhauls; Bella's Beauty & The Beast for a vanilla-friendly NPC overhaul (Tragedian's Followers is also great to pair with that); ELFX or LUX for lighting; a simple weather mod like Obsidian 2021, Wander, Mythical Ages (though DAWN looks incredible!) and if you want there are tonnes of great weapon, armour and creature overhauls like Xavbio's, Divergence or Mihails. I'm not really into huge town overhauls, so tend to stick to something very small like the Spaghetti series.
Then, the majority of my mods are immersion ones like a great follower mod like Inigo. Others like The Dragonborn Dreams; dialogue expansions like More To Say and Yappers of Tamriel; JaySerpa's Quest Expansion bundle; and the Adventurer's Sketchbook as I'm a sucker for immersion mods!
These are all Vanilla + and would pair nicely with any Creation Club mods, plus your game will look beautiful. Vanilla with a fresh coat of paint 🙂
Can you add the natural lighting aesthetic mod without modifying the characters' faces?
Now I can't play cause ghosts attack before we get to helgen glitching the game
This list is amazing and i downloaded these, but is there a way i can make the nights brighter? I figured out its from NLA- natural lighting aesthetica. The daytime and stuff is seriously beautiful but when it gets to night i cant even see my own character and its as if my TV was off

Are there any mods for npcs, this is great but I don’t see any mention of mods to change player appearance or npcs.
I know it is limited bc it’s ps5; but there is no way everyone who spent this much on a ps5 can’t mod the characters at all.
I didn’t really focus on that but feel free to add whatever you want to it to change the appearances and NPC behaviour.
@ on the Xbox I did something called dibellas blessing and pandorables. Can’t find an equalivent but something called natural light aesthica cleaned the npcs up to a tolerable level.

Ok after I enabled everything, survival mode no longer restores stamina no matter what I do.
I’m not a survival player myself but I have heard multiple people saying they have this issue but im not completely sure which mod is causing the issue

There most likely is some yes but none that I know of from memory. If you find one though, it will be able to fit in for sure.
I'm still not able to fully load or browse creations for more than 30 seconds before I "Loose connection to the servers"

It could be the weather or time of day in your game but other than that I don’t know why it wouldn’t look similar if you have downloaded everything 🤔
Are there any mods for ps5 that help caves and such look better?
I’m not entirely sure, I don’t think I had one in my load order other than the lighting mods
I wanna add a lot of other mods to this list how would you recommend a load order that doesn't conflict
Add mods should be fine just make sure you read the descriptions for an idea of where to load it. The general rule I think is to put them with others of the same category. So for example a grass mod would be under a tree mod.
Followed this load order to the letter, and I can't even get inside Helgen to start the game? The gate won't open and the horse and cart I'm travelling in just flips over and bugs out? Gonna try disabling them all till the first part of the game is over, but not a great start so far over here...
That is really unlucky, I didn’t have any issues like that.
@AurbisYT update: I installed the mods after getting out of Helgen and so far it's been going well. First time I tried entering Whiterun the game force closed on me, but I came back and tried again and it I'm in! Been playing most of the afternoon with only a couple of minor lags, but overall in love with what I'm looking at!! Riverwood and Whiterun are beautiful, the weather's look amazing, the denser forests make for exciting exploration and the dense grass just looks much more natural than before. Pretty thrilled with how it all looks. What's your advice for adding extra mods in? I think I see how the load order is supposed to work, but just curious what your advice may be?
Is this modlist run well with all anniversary content creation mods enabled? Since all of CC addition always put on top of mod list automatically

Windhelm seems to be an issue but that's it
What hair and face mods would u suggest we use and any magic mods where would they go in the load order like betwen what mods i really love ur mod order just want the charcters to look as good as the game baha and any thoughts on more advanced movement for combat mods ik its a lot just want a professional opinion
I’m not actually sure what hair mods would be good. But they just need to be placed somewhere near the top, just make sure it’s under the Unoffical Patch

Ele interior lighting overhaul was giving me a problem where every time I went inside Lakeview Manor or any of the hearthfire homes inside the house look real dark in fact too dark and in some other places I felt like the lights weren't working at all because of the overhaul I took out the overhaul and then everything went back to normal I do have obsidian weathers I don't know if it's interfering with that because I think obsidian weather makes nights more darker but I don't know if that's the problem was wondering if anybody had a solution for this ?
Am hoping this will be the level of quality of ES6 please 🙏🥺 Bethesda

@@AurbisYTI think they definitely have too. After "breaking" Skyrim mods through various updates and the starfield situation they have to deliver with TES6.

Where would I fit AI Overhaul in this load order?
NPC’s should be close to the bottom unless demanded to a specific spot by the creator.

Nice! I now play Skyrim on Xbox & am enjoying the mods over there, but played Skyrim for years on my PS4 (where I got my Platinum.) It's incredible what MAs have achieved with no external assets! 👏
I love Whiterun A City Full of Life (interior and the exterior versions) & the Dawnstar one! 🌻🌷🐞🐝 🐣
Can't remember the name, but there was a PlayStation mod for Coffee (might just be called that!) which was fantastic, as really cute, and had unique coffees for each region of Tamriel. It's not on Xbox and I miss it, as coffee/hot drink mods very lacking ☕.
SoldierofWar's town overhauls are great. Are the Spaghetti town decor mods on PlayStation? If so, I highly recommend them as very light.
Ancient Roads and Ancient Lands also pretty good👌
Fave's on Xbox are the animation and combat mods, armours, gorgeous lighting, and unique followers and exploration mods 😊
I love Inigo but he is very OP. It makes the game too easy. I like Kaidan, again, quite OP, but he is always way (way!!!!!! ) too close in combat and always in my face so I usually leave him at home. But he is pretty good at using any staff I give him. Lucien is good but dare I say a bit annoying?
I need to try more mods but some tend to glitch so much. Still so much to discover though. This is the Never Ending game! In 20 years time we will still be talking about mods etc!

I have never used a companion mod, which one would you recommend?
@@AurbisYT I've only been on Xbox for a year, so only had chance to try a few, but Inigo is the best so far by a mile! He feels like a real friend & is well loved for that reason! Remiel and Lucien who are Dwemer researchers but can be a little annoying, but also interesting. I tried Xelzaz for a bit when testing mods, and he seems great and to Inigo's level, but he's nearly a whopping 500mb.
I was never into followers before, but now experimenting with mods haha. There is a new vanilla follower dialogue expansion series for Lydia, Mjoll, Erik etc, which is still being expanded up on and looks interesting. Works with Inigo, too, as he interacts with vanilla npcs 🙂
I'm not sure if mods like More To Say is available on Playstation, but if it is, I highly recommend that. I'm a sucker for more dialogue options that are vanilla-friendly!

I downloaded these mods on ps4 in this exact order and then got stuck on a infinite loading screen when I tried to open Skyrim again, I can’t even get to the main menu I got stuck on the dragon logo right before the select menu 😩
U have to re install Skyrim and it shouldn’t happen again i know it sucks but it worked for me

@@AurbisYT thankfully yes 🙌🏻 as the previous guy said I had to delete the game and download it again, just to be safe I left the unofficial Skyrim patch out of my mod files as I’ve found on ps4 it caused more issues than it fixes according to a few forums and they said that could be the reason for the infinite load screen.
Besides that the mod list looks amazing tho, even on ps4. Thank you so much 🙂

I wish my PS3 did better with mods but it's a little lacking in performance to handle a lot of them. I moved over some of my PC mods to the PS3 version.

@@AurbisYT I modded the PS3 unofficially. I have been into modding PS3 and trying Xbox 360 games but 360 is not as easy
