Unfortunately a few of these mods broke with the anniversary edition update including the 90fov and 60fps mod. Thanks Todd Howard.

Im planning on getting a good PC, but just need to save up. I’m most definitely not gonna get an Xbox because I find it a bit weird for a casual gamer like me to have 2 consoles.

For anyone who is looking for the fallen trees mod, it has been reuploded as “Immersive Fallen Trees SSE” uploaded by BeVeryOfA, the reason the original got taken down was because the creator retired

My mod list was bad.. blue screens and craziness... I used your list of mods and just added the ones I liked and I only used 40 of the 69 and a few of my own.. This mod list is amazing 😍!! There's also a cool first person horse mod albeit its a little weird at time but whenever it is working properly it makes everything so much more realistic

I really am glad to see a RUclips channel talking about the PS4 and 5 aspects of Skyrim modding because I love Skyrim and I love mods like I have thousands of hours in Skyrim and a f*** ton of mods but they're on PS4 and 5 and there's not many good mods on there so I'm so glad to see somebody looking out for us

Hey man! Wanted to say thank you for this video. I have only just got my first ps4 and have re bought Skyrim having not played it for a few years. I was nervous about modding- people make it sound really complicated- and it’s seems much can go wrong. However I simply loaded up my favourite 8 or so mods using a little bit of logic and also any tips the modder gave on where to put it on the load order. I have not had any problems at all and Skyrim looks absolutely AMAZING!! I’m so chuffed. I’ve never seen it like this since the game came out… it’s like playing Skyrim 2 or something!! All I need to do now is get a new TV and it’s gonna blow my mind all over again… Thanks so much for making this video, I’ve used about 6 of the ones you suggested. Heart of Azeroth is the game changer in many ways…

Edit: Just installed every mod of this video - hell does this look awesome. I feared to lose the nostalgia but instead these mods created a new nostalgia which sucks me in likes I‘m playing this for the first time.

Man thanks so much for this. I was using another recommended load order before and it sucked. Everything was super saturated, the lighting was too bright and the effects were overpowering. But this is perfect. It stays true to the original look and feel of Skyrim, it just enhances everything, and makes all the textures and environments so much crisper and clearer.

Well, I'm staring a new no fast travel game, and I've installed every one of these too play with! Thanks for the awesome, to the point, and consice video!
I play skyrim since the beginning and fast travel is ANATHEMA!! Also play withouth camping and frostfall.. and realistic needs.
They added survival mode lad for the new 10th anniversary bundle, now you’ll need to sleep and eat to perform at top performance and no fast travel allowed at all.
@@TheAlmightyNameless My friend playes with survival mode a lot, I prefer a more realaxed experience, where i don't have to keep track of things like that. That was actually the point of teh no fast travel-long relaxing walks to every place I need to go. I also set the rule that I have to enter every dungeon I pass by, which turns out to be a lot of fun. Thank you for the reply, maybe I will try out survival mode despite that. I've heard many people suggest it. Also, how come your reply is highlighted? I'm not sure how that works. Did Nathlaaar highlight it?

Thank you bro, I downloaded a bad mod which made textures in the distance covered in white mist/light. This load order is very nice and doesn’t mess up the game.

Great video and list. Most of these I cant find for Xbox, but I've found the master the summit, Riften Overhaul and bridges mod along with similar mods. 26 in total to hopefully make my new playthrough worthwhile.

I'm having one of the best playthroughs of my life on ps5 with mods. Sure, it could be better, and it still has some bugs, but I will never return to vanilla after this

I prefer dolmate weathers natural, and smooth shores for water but great picks
I'm glad I was shown a different interior lightning mod bc the last one I had installed that was actually mentioned in the previous video made it impossible to see anything without either night eye or constantly casting mage light/candle light

Great list, I use a lot of those same mods, many of which are quite under rated. If you're on ps4 though I'd say drop the fps mod, it's cool as a novelty kind of thing but not really worth the stuttering and inconsistency if you play with a heavier load order. I'd suggest trying the Skyrim Detail Update mod by wrighton instead for some other asthetically pleasing changes, as it makes a bunch of small but impressive alterations to the landscape, lod and several other visual details of skyrim. Load it high in the load order so other mods can overwrite its changes if need be.. And rather than dense grass try More Grass, its a newer grass mod also by wrighton that pairs very well with his detail update.. And I think Ascid and Juliah's dirt replacer might overwrite eachother's rock, dirt and road changes if used together so whichever mods changes you want to see load that mod lower, though personally I'd probably drop the dirt replacer mod entirely as I'm not fond of the overgrown, grassy road look. However you choose to mod the game though, this is video has a great list of mods to start with

I've only just picked up skyrim again after a few years. Never really wanted to bothered with the mods, but then when my latest saved game failed to load due to the black screen issue. I thought what the hell. It's now very hard to pick the right mods without loosing the original game play. So this really helps. Thank you.
It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to mod skyrim the RIGHT way without start a new game. you are gonna suffer a LOT if you try.. I can tell I mod skyrim since 2012
