    I recently started suffering from plantar fasciitis. I attribute it to having Lupus. Im never standing for long period of time or walking. I do lift weights at the gym to keep healthy muscle and heart as the Lupus is attacking it. On my good days i lift considerably heavy. I dont know if it has anything to do but I have a TENS machine and going to try it on my feet today for the first time.

    • @snoochee8650
      @snoochee8650 2 года назад

      I'm not seeing that they respond to questions 😟 but I just got hooked up and I'm in my recliner. I got my unit today and I have significantly sized fibromas. One under the arch of each foot. Nothing has worked. Ice boots in pt felt good until they were taken off and I stood.. About as much relief as I'd get.. all the pt, injections.. Nothing.
      I'm really hoping this works because standing is so painful after a couple minutes or even less and walking is just 🤕. Did you get a unit? If not, I'll let you know if it helps. 🤞🤞🤞 Never thought at 45 my feet would get me down and affect my life so bad

    Hey guys. This video reminds me of a question I have, and maybe a new idea for a video for you. Can a TENS unit be used to get rid of a muscle twitch? I've had a twitch in a back muscle off and on for two or three months, and it's really getting annoying. Sometimes it keeps me awake. The idea of a TENS unit came to mind a week or so ago, and I know this probably isn't the best place to ask but I don't know where else to submit my question.
