Thanks for posting these clips. Good stuff. I’m so impressed with the calm confidence of these designers. And, their work speaks for itself.

They need to build one that looks like the Bronx.

I think the more appropriate question instead of that last guy is, "When will an ev motorcycle manufacturer, like Livewire, start producing more traditional looking ev motorcycles that are more in-line with the Harley aesthetic?" There are plenty of futuristic ev motorcycles out there. The guy who posed the question can literally go to any ev motorcycle brand and find what he is looking for visually. The industry needs less futuristic looking ev motorcycles to become more widely accepted. When all that is available as an ev motorcycle is sleek/futuristic crotch rockets, then you are automatically shrinking your pool of potential buyers to not count a large percentage of the market that just likes traditional looking bikes. Give me a vintage bobber looking ev livewire (fat front tire and all) with the performance of a sport bike and you can take my money! This is coming from someone who has a del mar reservation cause I think it actually is starting to look more traditional, but thinks Livewire needs to go further to make them look more vintage.
Just because we are interested in modern ev technology, does not automatically mean we love the akira aesthetic. EV motorcycle manufacturers don't understand that, yet.

I like the Del Mar a lot, too, for its flat tracker vibe. Have a look at RGNT and Switch motorcycles. So much innovation in this space.

Once again, another person got viscerally, angry with me, over riding the livewire he yelled out the window of his 97 Lexus ES 350 that my livewire was not a Harley Davison and that I got ripped off this happened in Berkeley on San Pablo Ave. happened before when I first got the livewire two years ago Guy screamed out. It was the most disgusting thing he had ever seen. Then in point Richmond California a middle-age woman asked me if I had a real motorcycle as well when I pulled up, causing everyone at the bar to laugh at me. It was an outside bar restaurant, I didn’t even bother to go inside to eat I just walked into the gift shop next-door then walked out but not before spending about 15 minutes trying to defend the livewire to group of strangers, all Caucasian ages between 23 to 60 and all occasions, however, minorities teenagers and children, all love my motorcycle go figure. I have 12,000 miles on it now Rumble on said that they would offer me 12,600 I need to take it before it’s too late. even when I call LiveWire both locations back east, and in Malibu no one’s ever thrilled and don’t even bother calling Harley about that Motorcycle the sales and service department. Don’t wanna hear anything about it. Really a shame. Such an amazing Motorcycle. Damn that veteran biker guy and all his hate.

I feel your pain. Today, the veteran biker's LiveWire hate video has gotten 111K fews. My "LiveWire hate for profit" video has gotten 1K fews. That means that every time someone sees me speak the truth, over 100 people see veteran biker spout lies. Fortunately, veteran biker has moved on from LIveWire and gotten over 1M views saying that the OceanGate Titan submersible sank because the captain was woke.
In regard to hate from old conservative white men, they will defend and promote fossil fuels until the day they die. No matter what the cost to their families. You and I are their scapegoats.
Like you, I have noticed that young people and tech savvy older people are really drawn to the LIveWire in a positive way. I am an old white man who has been riding street bikes pretty much every day for the last 50 years. I like the LIveWire ONE because it's phenomenal power delivery and handling allows me to more than keep up with younger guys on gas bikes, even though my riding skills are not what they once were.
The Harley gas bike guy's are an old a dying breed and offer no future for Harley-Davidson. Lucky for us, Harley-Davidson's top management knows this and is making significant investments in LIveWire.
