- A Georgetown University student filed a report after she said a white student yelled racist slurs from a residence hall window. News4’s Derrick Ward reports that several students don’t believe the incident is being taken seriously enough.

People should hopefully learn that racisim and tribal hatred is a human characteristic that has been in existence since human evolution. Every country has a small percentage of humans who spread this hate. Even I as a Causacian faced severe hatred as a child growing up in a neighborhood dominated by racists of Polish ancestry. But that does not mean that all people of Polish ancestry are racists. Of course any university should take incidents of racism very seriously. We should strive to live by the tenet of MLK - judge each person not by the color of his/her skin but by the content of their character.
Where did anyone say, "all European-immigrants/European-Americans were racist", in this video clip? Where and why did you mention that, I'm confused by your comment?
@@ameliagraham7284 Sometimes people get very confused by a racist act. For example, a racist cop kills someone and people overreact and accuse all cops of being racist. Same holds true for nearly every ethnic group on this planet. In each group there are a few haters, who hate by color or tribalism. The hate is handed down from generation to generation, as well as love and kindness is handed down and taught. It is important to address the individual racist and inform ourselves that individual acts in no way represent the whole of the community. We should all be interested in learning about the root cause of racism, in order to address it and stop it in its tracks.
