  • 2023 Trek Roscoe 9 First Impressions: Overall, it felt smoother and more stable than expected. Even with the stability, it still wanted to be moved and thrown in the air, and felt very comfortable doing so. The bike loves to corner and sits into them very well. The pedaling efficiency is what you would expect from a hard tail, feeling fast and smooth!

    Some of the best riding I've seen in a while without going full "Red Bull" . Just the right amount of speed without eating a tree. Great skills

      The 8 is still a great bike, you would just have room to upgrade components as you go if you wanted.

      Stock hubs on both. Remedy I just added the extra pawls so it’s the 108 engagement.

    Hey dude,
    I'm lurking all the time around a Remedy ...
    Maybe you can help with sizing, because I'm 180cm and an inseam length of 81cm between M/L and L and your riding style is about the same as mine, at least I‘m trying to get to your level 🤘🏼😅
    Cheers ✌🏼

      @BeachModeBiking  Год назад +1

      The bike feels small in reach compared to other large bikes. I would go up if you are in between! 🤙🏻

      maybe I'm a bit late, but remedy has a very interesting geometry
      I'd recommend taking an L
      basically... what remedy is - it's an M when you stand on your pedals with ~455 reach, and an L when you pedal it
      It's also pretty short - about 1200 wheelbase
      My thoughts about it - if you like a trail bike with more travel coming from a dirt jump background. It's more of a beefy trail bike than an enduro bike.
      I'm 179cm, and L fits me perfectly as I don't like very long bikes. As for knockblock, you can get a reverse angleset spacer under your headtube and ditch it. The bike run officially up to 170mm fork anyways.
