I own my lot out right in NC no restrictions. Wanted to build but couldn’t afford to. Couldn’t deal with the local Cavco or Clayton in my county , ended up going the next county over and working a deal with Clayton for a Tru Bliss 2 bed 1 bath 14x56. They’re using split face block as the underpinning , supposed to be doing all the setup. Closing with a third party lender tomorrow, hoping I made the right decision. I’ll be able to refinance it under the credit union’s mortgage program like a traditional stick built house and get a lower rate since I’m removing tongue and concerting to real property instead of leaving it titled as a mobile home. Thank you for the video showing what to expect, I hope the retailer holds up to their end of the deal and they utilize good contractors to make this as seamless as possible for my first home. Just me a single guy that’s super particular living there, no kids, no pets, hoping it holds up as well as this one did.
I love your engagement and I sure would like to rent a house from you if I was in your area or you were here in this area. Your business would do so well in this area (Memphis, TN/Southaven, MS/Olive Branch, MS, etc.) because there's limited housing options in this area and the options that are available are over inflated in the prices and there's not much bang for the bucks.
Clayton tru vs other brands (champion) for the rental purpose?. Quality vs price? I have 16 stick built homes rented in my area but looking to invest in mobile homes here in 2024.

@@ReellifewithkeefDid it work?
So what makes you buy Mobile homes vs traditional homes? I am just curious. Is it the cost to invest vs homes? Thanks in advance.
No tub overflow’s…
Strange they are not putting them in, since in most areas they are required by building code.

Stay away from tru. Great price. But not the best product. Champion and Cavco are much better built. $3k to $4k more. But worth it.
@@Reellifewithkeef Could you share the models and specs of the Champion and Cavco that you recommend? That would be very helpful! Thanks!

Thank you for the information. Your use of profanity is somewhat annoying--and absolutely unnecessary.
Didn't bother me at all, I've heard worse at Walmart!
