Literally showed us everything BUT HOW TO DO IT 🙄
The video is only for show how to connect power to the unit. You started with the diagram showing how to connect to the harness. then You connect directly to the door switch. (but is not filmed) and finally, we see a working device. Is not much helpful. If You changed strategy for connecting, You should clearly explain why and how.

Hi Matt and thanks for the video. Can you please tell me how you were able to reach the lock and unlock wires. I tried splice into the wires at the green security harness, but I could lock and unlock the car. I connected pulled the door switch off and connect directly to the harness in the door and it worked. Were you able to reach the wires coming from the door?

i have exactly same system purchased from china, when i installed siren, instead of chirping it is making some other sound(first tone of 6 tones)

Hey guys, working on my 98 accord. I have everything connected but the door lock and unlock do not work. I only have the white and white/black wires connected for the locks, am I missing a wire? On the door unlock switch there are 3 wires

97-01 crv already comes with the control module. You just need to program a remote...

97 was a dealer install option. 98-01 have the module

If it's like the accord, the LX model did not come with the module installed.
Honda CR-V all models the module is mounted on the driver’s door if not sure remove the door panel you will see a small box screwed to the door body towards front of vehicle. What you have to do is invest a little more money on oem control part #0861s10-100

i had a 5wires central lock, but only two wires were connected.. all doors was opening like charm
So i purchased a two wires central lock ... but when i install it, it only opens the driver door
how can i connect other doors to be opened?
at a guess you should have a switch that locks all doors at the same time in your car i would find the wire to that switch and use that, never installed one so im just guessing lol

RadioactiveX hood trigger is not needed, like he said you won't be using all the wires.

I Don't Know If Anyone Noticed in This Video, He Never Mentions It, But I Paused At some Parts To Notice Both The Orange Wires are Taped into ground and the two yellows Joined, (wht/blk to Grn/orng) and (wht to Grn/wht) hope that helps . Btw that wire set up is solely to lock/unlock, HMU and I'll see what I can do
I need help. Years ago i had a tire blow out and it snatched the wiring to my fusebox. A guy replaced it...... BUT i had a car alarm/keyless entry setup. The kill switch that was on it broke so I had to remove the system.... my power to the locks dont work at all anymore. I just plugged it in just messing with it and i heard my locks make a noise for the first time in years. Can i send you pictures and maybe you tell me what is wrong or missing or how i can update the alarm? The brain has nothing to identify it... just an FCC ID. ELVMR5A
97-01 CRV come with the keyless entry brain, you just need the key fob

The way i have it wired on my 2002 honda LX, models 98-02 use the same wiring. Dont use either orange wires or green wire from the wiring harness. Connect Yellow, yellow with black stripe, and black wires to ground(i used the screw near the drivers side door fuse panel). In the same area, there is a wiring harness that is not connected, one green with red strip and black with white stripe. Now connect the white with black stripe to the green with red stripe wire and the white wire to the black with white stripe wire. Connect red wire to constant power at the steering column. Connect both brown wires to the black with red stripe wire in the wiring harness, this is for the turn signals to flash when locking and unlocking. It locks, unlocks and flashes the turn signals
