Uh the base clock doesn't show the max clock speed. The 2.3 ghz is just the base speed even without this it will be 3ghz at 30% it depends on cpu utilization

Overclocking a laptop/desktop without proper cooling is like a time bomb....it can burn anytime

@@shahzaibfarrukh8037 nope dude......actually no one overclocks their laptop.......some high-end gaming laptops gives you head room to over-clock your gpu and cpu.....but most of sub 50k doesnt give u that flexibility........if u do so it wont last longer.....cpu will throttle .....

@@RahulJoshi-pp5wx bro at stock the cpu manufacturers provide a base clock and boost clock....the cpu hover between them based on the program you are running .....when u over clock above the boost clock it's risk without proper cooling ...here risky means ur laptop warrenty vll be void ,means u can't claim ur warrenty ....also ur laptop's life span vll degrade

Guys one important information for you all and even if creator is reading (no offense to creator it's a general information) guys the first told was actually depends on how many processors your system has so don't imagine how much you want you can put numbers he has a good pc so not a big deal it's obvious for 3.xx ghz. I have 2 processor so my speed clocks to 2.xx ghz doesn't make sense it is comen . 2 nd trick is fine but it is damm old I agree after a reset or something pc comes in balance but we all know we can read that line high performance and change anyway appreciate your work

bhai bad effect time bomb hai bro according to my knowledge your pc most probably needs a thermal paste change and dont buy the 90rs one u can use noctua nth2 if it has 12th gen and above core or 5000 series ryzen cores and if it also has an rtx or radeon gpu go with liquid metal for better performance since my legion has i7 12th gen and rtx 3070 i went with liquid metal huge performance upgrade from 150 fps to 200-210fps in gta v high settings

Hey, I have a question on the CPU base speed on my HP Envy 17. It‘s running the Intel® Core™ i71165G7 Prozessor @2.80Ghz but in Task Manager it’s only showing 1.69Ghz base speed. Does this Laptop come with an underclocked CPU??? Don’t have these power options. Is there any chance to change this?
Mine also doesn't have any kind of these power options. But idk ur case, I can get up to 3 ghz+ with my intel core i7 gen 10 @1.80 Ghz

the new laptops after 6th gen they all comes with turboboost technology
they increase their speed according to their requirement, when you will be playing game it will bosst upto its max speed.
