- I made this logo using X-Particles and Octane.
I used octanes displacement to simulate the little grains of sand
Technical data:
Created in C4D R17
Shaded, lit and rendered Octane.
Rendered in 4096 X 1716 4K Cinemascope.
Compositing, Colorgrading was done in AfterEffects.
The Grading was inspired by MadMax Fury Road.
As always I hope you like it!
Cheers Silverwing - Кино
Wow this looks amazing and so realistic, great job!
Maaaaaaad :o fantastic job man
4k, sick!
Das ist sehr geil!
sieht super aus!
Sehr geil gemacht;)
Sehr gelungen :)
It’s actually cool thinking of doing this with my logo
Thank you very much! Sure, why not 🙌
okay das ist richtig krass !
nahöemal
wow ;)
omfg o.o
Schon schick.
iss so
lave yA
Is echt krass man.

Cool! What software is it made of? Are there any related courses?
Hey there. I did that a couple of years ago. 3D Software is Cinema 4D, for the sand I used X-Particles plugin and for rendering I used Octane.
Unfortunately there is no course there.
hey can we get a full tutorial on this?
coool!! how to make the sand with x-particle? or just texture?
Please explain detail. I really want to make this video!!!!
Hey hey,
there are multiple effects happening:
The ground is a 3D noise texture colored like sand. So when the ground moves it looks like if the sand moves and grains being blown off.
Then there is a particle simulation above that to simulate flying sand grains. This was done using x-particles, emitting particles from the ground also making the ground and the logo a collider.
@@SilverwingVFX Wow thank you! If you ok.. could I buy the file? or could I learn this tutorial?
@@yujeonglee372 Thank you for your interest in buying the scene file.
I think this will not work with modern software anymore as this project is 7 Years old by now 😇
It looks nice indeed. But in my opinion it looks like the logo is just coming out.
+by3mil | Amateur Motion Designer What is seen can not be unseen ;-)
is there any tutorial to try to learn how you did this ?
Unfortunately I don´t know of any tut.
Its basically a floor plane displaced by noise. So the Sand you see is just a texture. The particles are made using X-Particles. Those are emitted from the ground plane and also collide with it. The dust flying through the air is mainly compositing. Hope this gets you started!
Cheers
SilverwingVFX Thank you very much. The only problem is that im just starting with C4D... I dont understand anything hahaha
Perfect explanation...the sand texture is very good!
@@SilverwingVFX this helped alot! thank you
how much would it be for you to create one just like this for me!
By the way should be millionnaires to do this?
can you make a tut on this i will be awesome just some basic elements
Could you please 🙏
Hi, if you are willing, could you put my logo on this 3d and sent me. I ll add your name in credits of trailer I m making for larp fest in my country
Nice try, but NO!
It would take me 1 day of implementation (Modeling, re-simulating the particles, redoing the textures etc. to fit your logo). and 1 day of rendering / compositing). A credit is simply not with 2 days of work!
@@SilverwingVFX what about exposure?!? :D :D :D
bahaha you're a clown! 🤡
