Thank you. I'm super psyched on how it turned out this time around. They reissued the kits. I'm not sure how much they are now but if you look you can find one. Pretty durable!
Man eager a cool RC just amazing and then gen 1 electronics in it. I really want to try a furitek in my utb18….but I have to shut myself off and finish some rigs before I buy anymore…..😬😬
I might throw the Holmes Hobbies 44T motor in it. This Injora one has a weird startup and it's super loud. I really do recommend going brushless. Treat yourself! There are some other options than Furitek but my experience has mainly been with their stuff in 24 scale.
Wow, 3 of them! Check this out: when I built this truck, I bought this one for I think $40 because it was an OG Lindberg kit from the 90's. Within a week or so, prices shot up to $250 for original kits! I thought $40 was steep. And the best part is that I kept seeing new builds pop up. So that meant people were definitely paying that much to get their hands on one. I used the OGRC LCG comp chassis that sells for around $18 on Amazon. Comes with a metal bar or two and a few CF plates for various mount positions. I definitely recommend getting some m1.5 hardware just to have around for shock mounting options. INjora spacers, too. Stuff is fairly cheap and is great to have if you don't already. Perfect for spacing shocks on axles or whatever. The little bags of 100 buts are just a few bucks and are infinitely handy to have.
Ha! Thank you. I actually meant for thi to go live at Noon! Oops. It turned out so much better than I thought it would! Crawls like a beast, too. It changed everything about how it drives.
It is remarkable how good she sits, awesome job Mark! You know I love yotas but this one now has a lovely stance!
It drives even better. I also lowered it a bit more today. I think I messaged you about a few more things I did to it.
@@VermontScaleCustoms yeah you did, I commented couple of minutes earlier I think 🤣
Awesome looking Yota. Totally getting inspired
