You should do a terms and conditions of KDP on your site and do it in layman's terms so that people can understand why they get terminated

@@LatoyaNicoleOfficial I have to express my disappointment in the whole process I only had my coloring books up maybe two to three weeks and then I got a notice that my account was terminated. I tried reading and understanding their terms and conditions but it made no sense and I did not see where I violated any of their rules or regulations but it's all good though God has a better plan for me. Also one of the coloring books was based off of my grandkids and I really wanted to purchase it to send to them but once your account is terminated your coloring books are taken off of their site. A real disappointment it was a real nasty how it was done.
@@twanieblack I’m sorry this happened to you. You can try to appeal it but it will most likely take a couple of tries before you speak to an actual human via email. I’d have to agree that when this happens it can be disappointing and the system really needs to be updated when it comes to account terminations.
There are other platforms to publish on as well such as Lulu and Ingramspark. But, ultimately things will still work out for you. ❤️🙏🏽

Hi there, thanks a lot for your great videos! I have a general question about KDP publishing. I have created a book on Canva and can use the graphics from there commercially with the pro account. So I have publishing rights etc., but NO copyright. That's what's in their licences written. In the publishing process at KDP, you also show it, there is a checkbox to click on " I own copyright and publishing rights." On request at Canva they have no problem with this. When inquiring at AmazonKDP always comes only "We cannot make a statement about this. We have to check that." How this works is not specified. Do I just upload everything, put it online and simply click on the checkbox and Amazon then decides afterwards whether it's ok?

Thank you so much for this video and your other videos LaToya😊. You have BLESSED me in more ways than you can imagine. Maybe you can offer some suggestions....I seem to be stuck with trying to get my SVG image to look smooth, which I'm using Vectorizer AI. The black and white looks blotchy, if that makes sense, and I've played around with the brightness, contrast and the white, but my image still looks blotchy. FYI...I used Magic Media to generate my image, do you have any suggestions? I'm trying my best not to get frustrated, but this seems to be my only hold up. This coloring book is super important to my ministry and prayerfully 🙏I hope it encourages GOD'S little princess who struggle with baldness, as I do. So I really want this creation to represent the message that God want's me to deliver. Sorry for the long explanation, just wanted to share with you the foundation of this special project, anyway's THANK YOU in advance for any suggestions or help you offer🙏❤.

@@nounoutech-m8o I don’t suggest using Canva stock images for your coloring books however this video is not about Canva’s stock images…it’s about Canva’s tool that produces AI generated images. I’ve also linked the terms in the description for your reference. ☺️

Yes, it’s because it’s no bleed and we were creating a book w/ bleed.

@@ULOAFIA You're definitely not alone! The term "bleed" can be a bit confusing if you're new to book publishing. In the context of Amazon KDP books, "bleed" refers to the extra space around the edges of your pages that allows your design or images to extend all the way to the edge of the page after trimming.
Here's a quick breakdown:
With bleed: If you want your images or background colors to go all the way to the edge of the page, you need to add bleed.
Without bleed: If you don’t need your images or colors to go to the edge of the page, you don't need to add bleed. Your content will have a white border around it instead.

@@_yuliyahh_ Hi. No. If you’re creating a book to sell on KDP it needs to be a high quality book. If your prompts don’t generate images that would give the customer a good experience you may want to consider using Midjourney or hiring an illustrator to create original artwork.

I used leonardo Ai and generated many pics using free cradits and i did edit a lot and uploaded on KDP but they blocked every time. Can you help me plz what could be the reason ?

if you have a subscription with Leonardo, you have commercial license to use the images. not the free version.
Hi. I have a situation. I start making coloring books in March. I have seven books in Amazon. Last week I make a Book and in les then a hour is Blocked.
Amazon sent me a email the l use some words. So I fix the words and I download again and again Blocked.
Now because the book might result in a
disappointment costumer experience. The only thing I am doing different is the l am using 8k oil prompts like this for the cover. I downloaded 3 more books in two weeks and all blocked because the same reason may result in a disappointing customer experience. I am claiming my copyright of the book. Maybe I am not supposed to claim because I use Al and is a is a third-party? I just want to know if someone knows what I am doing wrong?? Can I download the book again with different cover and name? Thank you for your help.
Hi. Sorry this happened to you. I recommend not resubmitting the same book until you know and have fixed the EXACT reason it is being rejected. Focus on submitting only high-quality books that include content you have the rights to, including commercial rights to any images, whether they're created by you, licensed, or AI-generated.
If you continue to face issues, reach out to Amazon's support via phone or live chat for clarification. They should be able to provide more specific feedback on why your book is being blocked and what steps you need to take to resolve the issue.
