Do you publish the same books on ingram spark as on kdp or do you have to do some niche research?

I am very tensed it's been a more than 72 hours .. like I published my book at 29 august idk but why it isn't live yet .. all off my books are still not live ... What to do .. is this a big problem or it's normal to take some days
