I appreciate having two options, because "Nuts to Guts" highlights one of the main sticking points I have with all Kegel variants: trying to NOT involve any abdominal muscles.

I noticed my erections are already as powerful as they can get. It's rather the flacid state and libido that are an issue. And the one thing that undermines all of that is cortisol, usually through a lack of sleep or being able to relax completely. The best way to relax completely is actually a biohack; close your eyes and look to the extreme left or right with your eyes (no need to strain). You end up yawning or shivering and that's your sympathetic nerve easing up.
It sounds like you've got your situation figured out. Sleep plays such a critical role in lowering your cortisol. Thanks for sharing your tips and keep up the great work!

I understand why there's such a thing as too much strengthening techniques per day. But is there such a thing as too much stretching? Could I stretch multiple times a day without any detrimental side-effects?
Good question Tim. This isn't medical advice as I do not know your specific situation but I think more guys could use more stretching. Stretching should never cause you pain or discomfort, the goal isn't to push it too far.
Two weeks out of radical prostatectomy. I have good urinary control with no leakage at night. Walking more than 2 miles causes some drips. Maybe I need more endurance?

Eric, does actually stopping and hold urine help strengthen the kagel muscle?
I don't recommend this for my clients. It can cause urine retention. I get my guys to do them separately
