      @@loganpothast9780 good luck! I got lucky, about 7 houses, 3rd person talked too.
      But the people online can sometimes make it look easier ( they could be better at it too) it takes me usually on average 45 mins plus. Sometimes have gone for 2-3 hours with nothing
      But your skills always get better. Record the audio!

    PLEASE ANSWER😁 when you’re removing the moss and treating the roof with zinc/detergent, do you just leave it on? It always ends with just showing the powder on the roof, what do you do after its applied?
    2nd and last question. What are some precautions when soft washing a roof. What steps do you take to not ruin homeowners grass or other personal property under the roof line?

    Broooo! You should use ropes or pull cinch straps for your ladders. It’ll make it a lot easier and faster to load and unload those things. Hope this helps.

    Quick question, how do you protect the equipment in the bed of your truck? Not just theft but rain on your 12v battery, leaf blower, etc?

    Hey Spencer would you knock doors that don’t have dirty roofs? It’s very limiting when you’re still in the knocking stage and feel like you can only knock the houses with moss. Not sure if I should just knock every door and market as a preventative service.

    hey mate, been a gutter cleaner for almost two years. going to start my own business by the end of this financial year. what do you do with the mulch? we fill up a ute and dispose of it at a dump. i assume you dump it in their green bins or around their garden?

    Hey spencer. I am looking to clean gutters regularly, and am wondering what size ladders I need! I plan on doing 2nd and 3rd story gutters. What ladders would be best for these heights? 24 or 28 for 2 stories? And what size should I get for 3rd floor roofs/gutters?

    hey I have someone interested in getting their roof cleaned and I'm not sure how much to charge. Do you think 25 cents per sqft of roof is a fair price? it has both first and second story roofs

      Depends on moss, steepness but I usually shoot for $100 an hour I don’t charge by the foot
