So due to the pattern rights ( cant transmit and record ) Does this mean that recording into a field recorder of choice or directly into camera that time code from your TX doesn't really matter ? well it matters but only when recording directly to your TX, but transmitting will be override by the source we using correct ? (i.e the zoom, or cameras time code ) I think I kinda answered my own question lol but need clarity so I don't rec my brain on this, thanks in advance for insight.
if you buy/operate a THEOS transmitter in the USA, you can either transmit or record. You can't do both.
Can you monitor and record or is monitoring part of the transmission?

Owned pattern rights by Zaxcomn a company in america. Transmit and record they owned the pattern rights for 99 years. Only american version dont have transmit and record. 😂
Can I trade my kit in for a non US version. I’m getting ready to move outside the country soon?
