    Hey thanks for this. Is there a downloadable pdf doc of the antenna chart please? I'm away from home without it and need to cut some antenna today.

    Is there something like a set to have all antennas precut ? And if i have cut my antenna cut at T1 length do all other lengths not work at all or just worse? So if i have to change to a band where i do not have the antennas to

    Would it be safe to assume that an antenna cut at R6 will work fine for R5, R6, R7 & R8 and an antenna cut at R3 will work fine anywhere between R2-R4?

    I just got my deity theos. Definitely exited. But I need some more clarifications. I got it outside the US so it’s obviously a global version. The antennas are four in each packet. One packet has yellow and the other blue. So let’s say that I scan the barcode of my location and the vacant freq. ranges pop up. I choose T1 from the list and cut two antennas with the same T1 measurement or do I cut one antenna for T1 and T2 for the second? In other words, if I go for the first option with one measurement for two antennas, I would have two ranges of frequency and if I go with the second, I would have four ranges. I hope you understand my question and can clarify this. Would mean a lot to me. Thanks in advance!

      take 1 set, cut it for one range that you find most clean in your area.
      Take the 2nd set, cut it to the length that matches the second cleanest scan in your area.
      That's it, you are ready !

    I bought Theos internationally because I live in Switzerland. How does it work when I travel? Do I always have to buy a new antenna and adjust the size for each country?

    • @DeityMicrophones
      @DeityMicrophones  7 месяцев назад +1

      That will depend on the frequencies in the other country. You might need to pick up extra antennas if that country's frequencies are drastically different than your own.

    I can´t see the menu on the webpage to check my frequencies.

    Can deity please show how can we use the TC-1 with tascam X8, there has to be a work around on how to do that.

    • @DeityMicrophones
      @DeityMicrophones  7 месяцев назад

      You'd record the LTC onto one of the audio tracks on the X8 and then covert the LTC into metadata in post

    • @allthingscamera
      @allthingscamera 6 месяцев назад

      Alright so I did that but now davinci resolve won't convert that LTC from input 1 to metadata because it is audio only file. LTC did convert to metadata from my A7S3. any workaround with this?@@DeityMicrophones

    How does one purchase a global unit? How do you know if you have a USA or global version?

    • @DeityMicrophones
      @DeityMicrophones  7 месяцев назад +1

      If you live in the US... you can only buy US units. If you don't live in the US... you get the global unit.

    Do you need to buy a radio license to use these?

    • @DeityMicrophones

      That will depend on which country you operate within.

      @@DeityMicrophones - I’m in the US- they stopped making analog UHF bands here- I recently bought some gigahertz digital microphones- I thought they discontinued the use of certain bands- so is it ok for the US to use ? I live in LA, many times I get interference- but the you have to WIRE these now… that’s odd…

      @DeityMicrophones  7 месяцев назад +1

      @@NOHOLOCO You can still use UHF bands in the US and they work great in LA.
