I just recently discovered pomegranate molasses and I am obsessed! I pretty much use it for everything that calls for balsamic vinegar or glaze, to finish caramelized onions, to drizzle over bruschetta or quiches or tarts, it’s so good. I’m definitely trying this recipe

Hi can you make ahead and keep i have a lunch party so how many hours in advance can i prepare and keep and also do you toss and keep or just prepare it the way you did and then add the dressing just before the guest eat i have to take it to a .lunch party
If you don't like the taste of blue cheese I think goat cheese will work well with the ingredients. Its very mild and tastes nothing like blue cheese but I love it in salads.
I received some last year as part of a gift, it has a syrup-ish consistency, but is tart and sweet at same time - kind of like balsamic, but thicker and not so acidic. It's really yummy and you can use it in so many ways to elevate a dish.

I think I'll try the recipe using raw cane sugar of turbinado to give the flavor the depth I detected in the version I'm using now. (If you eat meat, it would be good for basting chicken or pork, or as part of a marinade.) ...happy sampling when you get the chance!
