For the 4 egi bahamuts, it's easier if each targeted person runs to that respective corner so that the aoe attack point out of the arena.
Seat of Sacrifice, with a nice anthem to Amaurot which also doubles as Elidibus's theme music. Perfect while on the /beesknees emote.
That fight was terrifying! Thank you so much for the video. The other healer went down once but we made it through in one go and I'm giving you credit for getting me through it at least. haha~
I think I was rezed 7 times on normal and put out like 11 Rezs. In one pull tho we cleared it😂
I did this fight for the first times yesterday and we wiped so many times. But we figured it out as we went. I’m really glad no one raged quit! Lol but it as still fun. I plan to run it again with some of my FC tonight.
This Trial was super fun! Was a ton of fun doing the dungeon and this trial blind.
Thanks Brian for the video. No wipes but I died twice...that fire & ice are tricky. Will do this fight several times for I do Extreme.

If you wipe on the tank LB bit a few times like it happened to me last night, the fight will eventually start directly from phase 2.
I loved the phase change my fc member loved u know who.
I am glad I cleared it on the first try with random people, but it was close! Healer LB3 was needed
This trial was awesome. I kept hitting Dark Missionary every time it was up. Party buffs are key to surviving this one!
Just tried running this and on the ATM, it wouldn't even register that I was doing anything and my entire party wiped so many times they abandoned the duty. I felt horrible.
it's REALLY hard compared to any of the ATM we've had so far. I ended up spamming a button on my keyboard AND spam clicking the button. It'd get down to around 20% left, then jump up to 35%, and just yoyo back and forth. I think it might be a combo of "very hard" and "gets easier as you get lower" to drive up the tension.
Also worth noting, if ANYONE fails, even dead people, it wipes the party. It doesn't just kill the people who fail.
dude this trial was brutal i should have waited for guides later today on this one. :)
Nah its more fun going in blind
I tried to run this for the first time last night, and I think most of the group was new to the trial. We learned as we went, but the tanks hated wiping, so we kept having them leave and get replaced. New tanks led to people not knowing to limit break. To be fair, I wouldn't have known without watching this video, either. That was our last wipe and the group voted to abandon. Hopefully I have better luck with it today!

I went in blind and it was fun but Holy shit the button smashing was hard lol I don't think I can do that trial anymore or it will break my controller hopefully it gets nerf I don't wanna keep buying controllers

For a story trial, this was actually pretty rough. Yeah, we went in blind, but even after we were able to learn the mechanics and patterns, it was still unforgiving.

With the two swords, if you watch where they both start, stand in the corner between them. It's the easiest way to stay out of harm's way. ;)
this is was the most exciting and fun MSQ boss in the whole game for me
its really tough going in blind, but still super fun
also found this fight harder than Nidhogg and Shinryu

My group quit after we figured out to use tank lb. I managed to use it the right time after the second wipe MT used it pretty early so we wiped then. The second go around was better, but the healers kept dying.
Lol neither me or my co-tank has ever pressed tank lb. Ive been playing this game for ages and have never pressed that button. It was awesome to finally press it.
I find this trial very harsh, maybe its because I don't really do high-end content unless I really need to. It somehow remind of my first run on shiva ex, it was manic. (during HW )
This isn't even extreme.
Healers have it rough this fight. So much heavy raid wide damage lol

@@ZaneLionhartffxiv It is toxic in the manner of how it is presented in terms of dissent. It is also toxic relative to the nature of this channel and the FFXIV community at large; not that they are saintly in their language but they have higher standards than I. I'm at least meeting them halfway by giving fair warning in regards to my beliefs; I respect and love this channel that much, and in turn they have given me the freedom and responsibility to let my voice be heard, toxic though it may be.
what did you dislike most about it?
@@LionessPaladin The use of a legacy FF character, the mechanics too similar to Bahamut, the butchering of Elidibus, the constant imbalance of how the fight plays out, and everything else not mentioned. Its just the Hades fight only Light instead of Dark.
