supersets = two movement patterns consisting of opposing muscle groups or one lower body movement followed by one upper body movement.
it’s important to emphasize that you are not trying to recreate swim/bike/run movement patterns in the gym as this can & will lead to overuse injury. and that we DO want to perform large compound movements as they create force production.
Amen. I personally find squats, deadlifts, overhead press, barbell row and shoulder press is all I ever need

Very useful, thanks. I'd recommend eccentric exercises for triathletes (or any athlete), purely because the wear and tear on tendons can be huge with the sport.
Tim would be a good trainer. Looking at the body as one holistic piece is rare to find and unfortunately many injury specialists focus only on stretching that injury after it heals.
What a waste of time!! 15mins video to see 3 exercise each with the purpose of advertising an app!!! 🤦🏻
