1 world trade center is 1,360 feet without the spire. You have it scaled incorrectly so that the top of the building looks taller than Central Park Tower which is 1,550 feet tall. Central Park Tower is almost 200 feet taller if you don't include the spire on One World Trade Center. In fact if you don't include the spire (which I personally don't think should count) all the buildings after 270 park ave would be taller.

That’s just the angle given as the building is introduced. Look at the view at 8:26. It looks accurate.
That's right, it's a matter of perspective, because the models are accurate with a maximum deviation of ±1 foot.
Love them all but really like 270 Park Avenue.
