Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia - Point of friction in Bruma that I haven't been able to fix

I'm uploading this because a bunch of people have said they've had clientside problems with this conversation upon entering Bruma, were the dialogue constantly loops and they can't exit the conversation. I haven't had that problem, so I want what happens on my Skyrim Client available to everyone for comparison so we can figure out where things are going wrong for them.
