the new kef boxy designs really hurt the sound a lot. all their prior curved cabinet work sounded so much more solid transparent and musicsl. the only speakers that continue with the tradition of curved baffles are the LS series and the blade and so they sound much more like the IQ series and before than they do all these new square speakers.

KEF. Smooth, mellow, listenable sound. The Klipsch are clearer and have better definition, but I'd get fatigue after listening for a while. I think the KEF are more listenable. I could listen to them for hours.
This kind of view is considerable.. becos in the long run all we need is comfort.. sound that too crisp will fatigue your hearing.. N i think the klipsch sound much crisp..

you should always compare speakers with 200 dollar vintage kenwood Ls880A. because 98% of the time, you cant beat second hand garbage. vintage japanese speakers were so incredibly well designed, and they werent afraid to build bigger and heavier..

Mouais des RF7 contre des Q900... C'est pas vraiment équivalent... Mais sympas comme écoute... La RF7 sonne bien partout, même sur un petit ampli tube c'est un bonheur , mais à comparé ça aurait été mieux avec des kef R7 ou au mieux des R11...

Les basses des KEF semblent bien plus précises. Parfait pour moi qui écoute bcp de rock et de metal

Hello, sorry I did not test the q950 I only have the q900, by cons the rf7 mk3 are better than q900 at all levels, home theater and hifi 😉

Kef sound is muddy always. Go for klipsch premier R8000F for stereo.
