Never thought about popping through. I’ve always assumed that I couldn’t get through when I tried flying as high as I could go. I met resistance and thought that was it. I’m grateful for you sharing your experience. A technique that works for me to get into a lucid state is to stare at my palms before going to sleep and repeating the mantra, “When I see my hands in my dreams I’ll realize I’m dreaming.” I repeat this over and over until exhaustion. Another secret to this is the feeling. We have to feel the realness of the statement. Since our hands are always with us it’s the best object to use. So as soon as I look at my hands in my dreams I wake up. This is a great way to hack into the subconscious!
i just had my first experience with OBE, i usually tend to wake up when i start to lucid dream or not really be able to controll much. but today was different i stayed calm. then decided i would just risk it. i wanted to try if i could do anything so i decided okay i want to go to the moon. then some wierd transition started. it felt like my entire world was kind of spinning and pulling my concioussnes out of me and then in a matter of a second or 2 i was floating around in the room. i could see myself laying in my bed and after like 5-10 second i snapped back to my body and the dream on the moon started. got a bit excited and decided to change dream again. same process again. i was able to controll almost everything and everyone the first minutes but as time moved on i lost more controll. so what i did then was to relax and try to escape that dream and move on to another one. same OBE process again and then new dream. worked about 4-5 times before i lost almost all controll. then some wierd end stage started where it felt like i woke up from several dreams before i finally woke up in my bed. its a wierd feeling to wake up even tho u have been awake all the time 😂
This sounds awesome! I have read and experienced something like, if you pop out, move far from your body as quickly as you can. The body seems to have a sort of magnetic pull that sucks you back in! This is natural of course, but can get in the way of the OBE :-)
That's very interesting. I will have to try it. I know that in the past I've had a dream within a dream at least twice that I can recall, but these were spontaneous events. I wasn't conciously trying to LD or OBE. In both cases, it was pretty amazing.
Thank you for sharing this video. I have tried this technique three times now. I have not managed to leave my body yet. I keep getting stuck popping through different dream layers and dream landscapes until I lose lucidity. Would love to hear more OBE tips!
That's a great idea ! I never thought about it! I've just tried to basically remove the whole "dream bubble" in my lucid dream but it seemed difficult and the risk seemed to be to either change the dream and lose lucidity or to wake up so yeah, I will definitely try your method ! Thanks for the video !
After taking a nap today, I had a lucid dream and transitioned into Astral Projecting and I saw someone that looks like you in another realm once I came back to my body and opened my eyes I went to RUclips… coincidence? I think not 😂
This is brilliant. I’ll have to give it a try! I’ve tried to “will” myself into an OBE but had mixed results. It worked once but the other times my brain tries to trick me by replicating my bedroom. I can tell it’s not an OBE because it never replicates my room convincingly enough.
During my recent LD, I did what you've told. I fly with the use of my hand (like a chicken), passing through the thick layer of clouds and eventually hitting some kind of (static)barrier/wall... Suddenly, I woke up with my eyes closed, dark (Some kind of horror) surrounding and a deafening silence. I can see everything. It feels different and weird at the same time. Well, I didn't deattached my 'concious' from my body and immediately woke up trying to avoid such negative possibilities. You know... I'm a 'science dude' and poof... Human mind is deeper that i thought.
@@JohnDennery First day I was able to speed up the process during the day with my Pandora Star light machine and during the night I was able to hear myself snoring many many times, looks like I didn’t sleep quite completely. But today is my second day I just finished 45 minutes (Bliss) program on pandora star light machine and I was able to hear myself snoring again while the body was deep in sleeping. I felt like my awareness was split in two as the observer hearing the observed. Can’t wait to try your method.
i did this and made it 2 inch's off the ground before thumping right back to it...fine with it though as i am appreciative of the lucid dream, thank you for you're expressed conviction
I can't wait to try this. I've also heard that once you are in a lucid dream, you can just command "I'm now out of body" and the same will happen, although I can't personally verify that yet. I tried once but the exiting sensations snapped me out of it. My biggest hurdle is not getting too excited by the sensation of exiting. Do you experience exiting sensations when you push through the membrane out of your dream space into your astral body? Are you exploring out of body again since you decided to stop? I'd love to watch more videos on this topic!
Yeah, you should definitely try it! I never had any exit vibrations with this technique, I simply popped through the membrane and was immediately hovering just outside my physical body. It really worked every single time. I’m not exploring OBEs currently as they don’t directly help us get into deeper meditative states. Samadhi is my goal now. Although I do believe that I will at some point unlock the ability to leave my body at will but I am allowing that to develop as a side effect of awakening consciousness, rather than seeking to develop it as a skill. I would like to explore the possibility of rapid learning outside of the physical though so maybe I’ll get psyched again and try to download some languages or the ability to play some instruments ☺️ Enjoy your explorations!!
Oh dang I have hit the membrane before but never occurred to me that I could get out 😮 I can't wait to try. Hopefully I can get to a lucid dream soon... It's a bit hit or miss for me
I tried this in my last lucid dream where I was in my room, I flew out and was flying through literal nothingness for a few seconds before I teleported back to my room? Bit strange lol
Very interesting question! I'm not sure if this has been true every time or not but I pretty much remember always waking up excited and inspired. I find the freedom of lucid dreams to be exhilarating so they tend to give me a boost of positive energy and a sense of wonder. I don't ever remember waking up tired or exhausted, so if you're wondering whether the "activity" of lucid dreaming depletes our energy or not I can only say that for me it doesn't. I hope you can find out for yourself soon (if you haven't already)!
@@JohnDennery I was just curious if it messed up the REM sleep. It would seem to me that you're not really for lack of a better way of explaining it actually asleep because you are actively participating and what's going on. But I guess if you're in a dream and your lucid you're still in the rem state

It's unbelievable that you mention a sphere, I imagined I was in some sort of self-enclosed space when I was lucid dreaming. It makes so much sense.
I remember going through a membrane once but it was a wall.
I should try practicing the wild technique
Day 1 today, I am preparing for this technic thanks for sharing. I am doing reality checks every hour to maximize my chance.
Hey, best luck to you! Please let me know how it goes. You got this 🙏

had the same exact experience when i started, once you get the hang of lucid dreaming and get used to it flying becomes so easy!
I'm going to give this a go, great advice!

I'm curious, when lucid dreaming do you wake up feeling rested?

Could you do one for how to lucid dream . How to even start it ?

I flew straight up and I just woke up :
Gonna try it again next time
Many thanks 🌻❤
Unfortunately, I never dream ☹️
Every one dreams you just don’t remember
Every one dreams you just don’t remember
Have you had Dreams during your life? Probably yes, focus on them

Hi Kendra and thank you!! 😄
