I was thinking the sponge cake looked a little dry but then at the end when it was soaked with the ganache it looked sooo perfect. This cake it like a magic trick, I watched the whole thing but it still felt surprising to see it come out stacked horizontally
As always, too pretty to eat, yet I want to stuff my face with the whole cake at the same time. I can almost taste the mouthwatering sweetness through my screen as soon as I saw the thumbnail.

Cake looks amazing! I have one question, please. What happens to the second cake sheet? Did you use that one as well to build the cake ? In the video it looks like you only used the first one but mentioned that we should bake two?
I think she did bake two cake because when she rolled the cake (6:45) she used 4 layers of cake. The first cake were divided into 3 pieces only (4:56).
I made this yesterday...there's only 36% fat in my whipping cream and heavy cream's fat should be at 38%...as a result my white chocolate cream never made it but luckily i had a plan B which is to start with some cream cheese on my second batch. And...although it was still a bit overbeat it still worked.
I was so surprised when the cake was vertical when she cut it even though I saw the thumbnail and literally watched her make it. Looks delicious
