overwatch is the first real competitive game i've ever played. everyone is just automatically angry and never ever want to take the blame. its so absurdly rare to get a chill lobby in even QP let alone competitive. they still flame people in unranked games. and it's always the worst players that talk the most. this honestly makes me afraid to try other games because they have reputations for having much worse communities
@@jubkggh In my experience the only game that comes close to the constant anger and toxicity of OW is LoL, for what it's worth, lol.
@@jubkggh I'd really suggest looking into other games if you enjoy the competitive FPS format, it's genuinely not bad in some other games. Even Valorant has less toxic players which is impressive considering how similar the game is to CS:GO.

@@jubkggh no shooter is worse in terms of toxicity than OW, maybe valorant comes somewhat close. Cant play 2 games of comp Ow without getting death wishes.
Love the logic of the guy in the second game. "You guys are playing characters you don't need aim with" - And with that logic, either they should swap to characters easier to aim with or get better mechanics to climb. Just funny how of all things, that was his excuse, and it just showed his skill level.
That last game was so hype the way you popped off and turned it around, love to see it!

It's honestly the only reason I don't complain about her oneshot. Same for hanzo, cause you actually have to be cracked at the character to get value. As much as I hate getting oneshot if you're good at the character, then play it. Rip to me, I'll still endorse lol
Same. I can never hit a single headshot on widow. But weirdly when I switch to hanzo I immediately get like 2 headshot kills in a row every time

Seeing your teammates use voice chat is such a surreal experience for me XD Even if they are toxic most of the time.
I just gave Comp a try, and my first placement match had a Pharah that refused to communicate and switch even when the enemy team had DVA, Bastion, Soldier (later Cree), and Ana.
Rest of us had to play twice as hard to win.
European Servers do be very quiet.

yayy another ariana video!! your widow gameplay is what made me want to take up widow for my dps matches (between my healbotting of course )
even though im still a filthy bronze dps i still manage to get some nice widow shots. but my issue is i literally keep making the enemy think im dishonoring their family or something because someone always tries to ego duel me and im just here practicing widow
i literally had a guy say "nice duel trash widow" and i had no idea he was trying to duel me, like what did i even do in that situation??

I remember when I started maining mercy, at one point a Sombra was jumping me and I killed her with her pistol to get her off my back cuz I had no other team mate to protect me, was told to "stop being a battle mercy" 💀

idk what people expect from widows. when you hit consistent shots, you’re called a cheater. when you can hit shots and kill but it’s slower and a little more inconsistent, you’re instantly called bad. it makes 0 sense to me. i was playing widow in qp yesterday to practice aiming and stuff and was doing pretty well for being new to her and all (3 hours on her compared to my 100 hours on mercy 😭), had like 40% accuracy and was dropping kills. every game i had a 50% chance of being called shit and yet i was still getting picks? idk

I've been there before, I was accused of cheating in a comp match by bronzes that said "Junk has aim mods" because I kept diffing their supports and DPS as Junkrat. So the second round was just their tank trying to bully me lmao off the map on Illios

Like so many people are saying you hit your shots, it's luck or it's a "hack" if you don't hit your shots it's "basically a skill issue get good" and "your shit" you can never win against people. That alone is the main reason why I do not talk in team chat or type in chat I have it all off. I'm still relatively new I try to learn a new character and I completely get shit talked to Oblivion. One of the main reasons I have chat off.
Its funny how I had the same problem WITH THE SAME PERSON in my game while I played Sombra they called me a cheater for killing them nonstop :,)
