I work for a city cutting grass on the right of way, and we have them on our kubota zero turn mowers and they have taken a lot of abuse for the past 4 years and they are still going strong.
I'd like to see a weed eater mount and controls that allows you to weed eat a fence line and those dead inside corner areas of fencing homes buildings etc as you cut and or just travel.
Not enough said for the air ride seat. It’s a game changer. My John Deere Z tracks are great mowers but it punishes me with a bone crushing ride. I’m going to see if I can retrofit the BB Air Ride seat on the Ztracks or trade them in. It’s impossible to go back to that teeth rattling brutality. Next is a cloth aftermarket shade. Fiberglass top is too much $ and a little clunky. Shade top on this 61”, 35hp beast and I will be ready. Cant bog it down, I had the grass to test it. Morning dew, fertilized with 6 weeks of good rain under theTexas gulf coast in the late June sun. This thing dozes through knee high, plush carpet and still outruns the mosquitoes.
I'm contacting Zach at Bad Boy R&D department. 1) The rear rack supports are thin plate metal and has no rigid frame work. It is simply a flimsy design that needs heavier build or cross bracing if you plan on loading up with a beer cooler or gas/string for your weedeater. 2) Plastic covers on the deck pulleys are cheap especially when on a Rouge or Renegade setup $$$. 3) The armrest on the highest end seat are constructed with hard foam plastic while the vented seat has soft armrest. I've seen this type of plastic get hard and brittle over the years. I'd like to have the choice of a foam arm rest setup...again on the Renegade $$$. 4) USB charger is on the wrong side, needs to be on the side which you would store your phone. I just picked up my 62" Renegade with the 37hp EFI Vanguard (fingers crossed on engine selection). I added side lights, rear deck, and weedeater mount. Yall at Tractor Bobs were friendly and made this purchase stress free. The above 4 suggestions i'm making are no reflection of the you or the mowers reliability. I'm just suggesting improvements back to Bad Boy so to better improve whats pretty impressive. I look forward to using my new farm toy. Thanks
Thanks for the honesty Dorn. I AM NOW considering making a video based on the problems you have pointed out. I'm going to take a look at the rear basket myself, but I think you've made some good points here that need to be brought to Bad Boys attention. Thanks again. Also you have the rear black basket that has the sharp anesthetic right?
@@TractorBobs I got my mower home and mowed about 10 acres, 4 hours. The grass was not 100% dry from recent rains and was 5-10 inches tall. The mower was a beast and never stumbled or bogged down once. I am very happy with my choice of picking the Renegade model. I appreciate you contacting me back in regards . Yes I did get the black rack. I noticed that the rack has 4 attach holes in which only 2 were used. This is because of the larger engine and making room for the air breather. This basket is only attached with 2 of the 4 bolts needed from being adjusted at a higher level. Bad Boy needs to make a kit that allows you to extend the bracket arms to allow all 4 holes to be used and secured. One more thing to add on my list. 5) fuel fill caps are in an akward location.. They are next to my seat, control panel and cup holder. I'd rather stand at the rear of the mower behind my tires for ease of access and allow any spilled gas to spill out onto the ground during fill up instead near my seat and control area. One last thing When I loaded my mower I was told to run my rear strap through the 2 slots and across. When I got home my strap had been cut in half from the cut outs and my mower had rolled to the rear of my trailer against my fold up gate with the front strap undone as well. I'm lucky I didn't lose my mower on I-40 I should had known better to not strapped through the slot but rather attached two straps to each cutout. And I should had engaged my emergency brake no doubt. I simply forgot it ven had one being a new mower. Tell your guys and whoever The cut outs are not slotted for a strap to be ran through. The edges will cut your strap in half. Next time I will have a hitch front and back next time to strap down when I haul next time. So that's that, you should come out to Jacktown to document how Bad Boy cuts it in the country.
I bought one for my badboy and it was worst thing I could have put on it. Doesn’t seal and the blow by gets all over you. I sent it back after giving it a chance. I wanted it to work but it didn’t.
My yard is like 90% open so it wouldn't be a problem carrying it that way, but yeah, it would definitely be a problem around tree branches. I couldn't even have the roll over bar for that 10%.
i notice that you dont cater for the roofing system for badboy that be a significant game changer since the sun is getting hotter and hotter these days please suggest this to the badboy makers and engineer I really would love to see that dream come through
@@ThePacman7869 If your mower has a front hitch receiver than it will take the back boy trash bucket. The ROPS mounted weed rack should also work as long as you have a ROPS bar.
Those lights are great but look at the shadows they cast up front, making them more of a hindrance than help. I have LED lights on mine that I installed right up front. No shadows.

This is a company that truly cares about the rider,
I took a 5 dollar magnet from harbor freight bolted to the bottom of my bucket and stuck it straight to the deck works great
I installed the bucket mount and this video was very helpful
If you put long bolts thru the airless tires can aerate the lawn as you go!
That bucket mount is great. Allows for counter balance too.
Great information
What is the life expectancy of the no flat tires?

Not one word about the engine? One of the main points of any mower.
It barely crushes the thinnest aluminum can and you say "surprisingly strong". Pot-metal POS with rivets. Profiteering at its worst.
If I see any of you with these accessories on my way home just know I'm going to point at you when I laugh.
This was interesting but a disappointment as it doesn’t apply to all zero turn mowers
