Great content but a lot of his talks are repetitive. Also I now spend more time filing things than doing things. Am I doing something wrong?

I think the reason his talks are all the same is that different organizations hire him to give the same talks and they all put it up on the web.
As far as spending more time filing vs doing, I think a better measure would be is not that you have implemented his work, are you getting more return for the actual doing?

I had not thought about that! But his process should be evolving with time right? Some tweaks some modifications?

I am assuming by filing you mean all the steps before engage i.e Capture+Clarify+Organize+Reflect and doing things as engage step. The ideal time you should spend everyday is 10 min for Capture + 1 hour (or 30 min) for Clarify + 10 min for Organize + 1 hour for Reflect + 5 hours & 40 min for Engage = Total 8 hours work day. Furthermore - 6 hours for sleep and 2 hours for exercise+commute = 8 hours of rejuvenation and rest 8 hours for zoo-keeping i.e TV/bathing/potty/sex/family/reading/etc. So grand total = 24 hours i.e the whole day.

@@tigri8398 Sounds pretty good. Thank you for that.
      Sounds honest.
I have been attempting to get to a sense of relax control with GTD for 10 Y +. Gee it is that I find it easy to carve the discipline and the habit.
      How are people doing it?
