It's Avilo. He made a cope video attacking you and he's been attacking or banning anyone critical of his behaviour and gameplay in the comments of his videos, you've unleashed a pacific ocean of salt. And one of his excuses for mitigating his initial loss to you was he was running a challenge too. But here he's using every Terran unit available and still get smoked.
He's been accusing you of stream cheating and actually thinks he's the far better player, even calling you diamond or bronze league. Meanwhile he's been playing SC2 since it came out and has basically won nothing.
I just searched him up on youtube. Apparently he already has a bad image in the community acknowledged by other SC youtubers
Yeah he's just another narcissist that doesn't want anything to be his fault and it's everyone else that's wrong or actually BM. I hope he gets some therapy cause it ain't looking good for him currently

Watching a couple of games from Avilos POV on his channel, I'm actually really dissappointed that he calls EVERYONE stream cheaters or map hackers if he loses. I thought uThermal had struck a special salt nerve, but he's actually just delusional 100% of the time...
He's a loser. He's been banned from participating in Esports because he's called repeatedly publically called people hackers that were literally playing in an esports arena while supervised. He's also been accused of sexual harassment, stalking, and more by multiple girls, some of which were minors. I think he even got in legal trouble for sending dick pics to a minor. He's a huge creep and a loser.
I actually feel a lot of sorry for people like him. Poor angry, sad bastards with their miserable lives. :(
And here is Thermy an absolute chad of exceptional human being being great all the time, even if he happen to lose sometimes.

A certain breed of gamers have this mindset. Something about the environment just sets them up to blame everything except themselves. On second thought maybe the same flaws occur in realms outside of video gaming, but it's most visible in gaming because it's easier to see their complaints are delusions compared to an objective reality about the gaming scene that we can measure, e.g. exactly how often real hacking happens. In real life it's often people that complain about things that are difficult to prove either way. Like if someone complains that they got screwed over by the education system and are in high student debt, how do you respond? It could be that they really are just bad and caused their own completely avoidable debt, but saying that would be considered rude when you have no way to verify their past history.

That's almost true, although I think there's just one person who cares a lot... the same person that cared so much they fabricated the entire scenario in their head just to cope.

Thermy is the only SC2 player I watch. I play SC2 every day, but never PvP. I like Coop or vs AI. competitive just isnt my thing so I dont really care to watch people play, but Thermy is just so enjoyable to watch, the challenges, his commentating, his attitude. I love his vs AI or his vs X Rank videos too. just so enjoyable.
in this build I find it best to min dump on marines against cyclones. no medivacs or armor upgrades on the marines (just likno armor upgrades on the bcs, since armor does nothing against spell damage (lock-on) and spells (interference matrix) and aa missle doesn't increase cyclone dps that much.
Stim the 3-0 no medivac marines with the 3-0 bc's. Also a single raven and single ghost augment the bc/mine strat with the marine min dum.
a single aa missle boosts marine dps for the short time they are alive with no medviacs, and if you corner them, bcs with aa missle delete everything
the ghost forces him to waste time splitting ravens (emp threat), giving you more time to yamato the visually spread out ravens while they are useless in transit to their split location

When i learn this BC build i swear im going to use it every game lol. BC's are my favorite unit but i never ever use them bc i dont know the build lol

Nice game; definitely agree that you are really getting the hang of this strategy, it looks quite legit in your hands. I do agree more repair would be more though... when youve got a bunch of them yellow is effectively like 3-4 full BCs worth of hitpoints that you are not bringing to the field; let alone when there is a bunch of red ones. Sure you feel really clever saving that time and money as you destroy a base for free by flying over it; but you are continuously gambling with that one poor engagement where it all goes south and a bunch of BCs worth of hitpoints could have easily tipped the scales.
Forget SCV rng, I'll sell me soul to be able to choose which side the add-ons get built on

hello again! add no limit reapers!, edit plus 2 bunkers worth of marines at all times - dbl edit : 8 marines total at any time + no-limit reapers (it is your speciality, right?) 8 marines fit in a medivac, you can substitute marines for marauders, no limit reapers and! one ghost at any time(NUKE always available!)

New Rule: BM = Challenge is over. No rules. Go all-in and crush them. They're on the list and if you meet them again, its a no-challenge whooping.
EDIT: As an alternative, after BM you go into SALT MINING MODE: Do whatever you think is the most rage inducing way of winning; stick with the challenge, full-cheese, constant drops, w/e. 😀

Funny thing is, he completely undermined himself. He *convinced* himself that he was being streamsniped and that his opponent was aware of his movements and, thus, moved with that in mind. He was trying to outplay a hypothetical opponent who *could* see the attack coming, so it was more about distract and juke. But that was a total waste of effort. Like Thermal said, if he had just moved in and attacked, he _could_ have won; but he didn't because he was unnecessarily cautious that his opponent had non-existent intel on his movements. He hamstrung his own strategy by his self-persecution obsession.

It's almost a shame that last game was vs a toxic player because that overshadows what an incredible game it was. Holy crap, half an hour of hard-fought progress and steadily growing map control and eco advantage to finally culminate into an against-all-odds victory. Beautiful game.
The Protoss game was a banger as well! Felt twice as long as it actually lasted due to how much was going on.

I love how he thinks he's some kind of draw to Marc's channel. I never heard of him before his trash talk and someone in comments linking the first match from his POV. This channel has like 10x the number of subs, guy needs to wake up. His reputation is either non-existent, or just universally bad. His tournament winnings compared to Marc are nothing, probably due to getting banned left and right from everywhere he goes with his non-stop toxicity.

Mark is a great guy, but if you watch his career and earlier videos you can tell he also has a temper and is doing his best to be a positive and mature influencer on this community instead of a raging tryhard sore loser. No matter how much I wish we could all be zen and ignore these toxic bullies like Avrilo or whatever his name is (I don't care enough to double check while typing this comment) there are multiple versions of victim blaming going on in this comment section which annoys me quite a lot.
1. Avrilo isn't being stream sniped or hunted by Mark. He's an overgrown kid with an ego and he is mad because he smurfs to get easier match ups and Mark isn't one of them. He and Mark are not the same just because they both smurf. However, Mark smurfing for content is another discussion I won't get into here.
2. Punching up or sideways is funny. Punching down is bullying. Avrilo is not below Mark. He is a content creating adult, smurfing just like Mark. The fact that Mark is a better player has nothing to do with their status as human beings. Avrilon is being toxic knowing his community will defend him because he's a man baby who bans anyone who doesn't.
Mark is rubbing some salt in those wounds and while not being the most mature response to the provocation, it sure as hell isn't unreasonable.
In the end I think it comes down to intent. If Mark intended to hunt down and troll this guy, sure that would be over the line.
Mark however risks a huge loss streak every time he plays him with the same challenge and you just know that would be hella annyoing considering the d**ks attitude.
So no Mark isn't matching him on purpose. He doesn't provoke back, but he isn't fucking Buddah and some smugness is well expected, accepted, (and appreciated by some).
Mark is a human. RUclips is not a great way to make money.
He already burned out once or twice putting out so many videos.

Aviloisterrible had it all going for him this game. Counter-build, knew exactly what to expect, even got your reaper early. But, as Beastyqt once said, the longer the game goes, the higher the chance that a pro player will beat a non pro. Avilo made it into a long game, and expectedly lost.

I told you the first time he hacked, and that is the only way he knew to do all the scans he did in the first and in this last game... yeah, I was watching his movements, and without scans and you weren't in the sensor tower range, he mirrored your movements.
Try mass dropping mules on opponent’s base late game to steal minerals. I’ve seen several games now where that would have broken the opponent.
Looking at all the production in his main base at the end of the last game made me wish you could have teleported in there to just destroy all his starports to slow the flow of reinforcements to his Viking / Raven composition. But I guess economically starving him works better so he keeps pumping minerals into those units

Avilo scanned himself to death. You got him so paranoid that he could not stop him self from scanning. He didn't attack soon enough to stop you from getting so many BCs and combined with his constant scanning is why he lost.
If you run into him again, can you drop a “uthermal unleased” upon him,? Might humble him if that’s possible
Don't take it wrong way, but I love how you are losing. I appreciate in general how you compliment your opponents whenever they do something impressive, but this lost was really great sportsmanship.
