Cheaper guns are getting better. I have all three Devilbiss DV1 guns and i needed a clear coat gun that was faster than my DV1-C so i bought a new one from a Taiwan company called Porphis for $250 their prd-715 model and its absolutely amazing.
a couple of things the 3rd gun looks like a R500 and its interesting you say it uses a lot of air most reviews say it uses not much air, the 4th is actually a 4000b there many forms of this gun and reviews say its just OK, if you want to do reviews on Chinese Guns you should try an Areoflow R500, the 6800b, the 4000b and the NVE any other Chinese Guns just don't bother with all of them aren't that expensive the NVE will cost the most you will find its the best
Have ever use the Global 894 and could you give me your insight on it.Nice video I have through this problem year ago.My view is buy a good gun one time and it will last and now we have ebay u can by at half price
I own sata, sagola, devilbiss, iwata spray guns but as a personal challenge I tried about a dozen different chinese spray guns.I used a wzxrp daily for over a year spraying ppg envirobase before the needle started leaking. The seals still looked good, but the needle wasn't hardened properly and wore enough the packing couldn't seal anymore. The aurita guns I bought actually had airconditioning orings instead of proper seals.I threw several guns in the trash after unboxing them. The spraying characteristics of several really cheap guns was impressive. For me the downside to all of the cheap guns was longevity or lack thereof.Great videos and great work.
Nice. The issue i didn't discuss about the Auarita 898-2 was that the needle was bent. It's definitely not a hardened part. I was able to bent it back straight as it was turning in a drill, but i know it will just bend again through use.
I’ve always wanted to try the liquid mask (like you did on the red car) instead of bagging, can you do a video on that whole process (mainly cleanup). Seems like it’s more work than a bag, but I know a few really fast painters that use it too.
How do you clean the clear overspray on your glasses? For me, I went and made me a cheap spare prescription glasses when spraying, and I won't feel bad when it comes to cleaning it with thinner.
I used to get actual glass lenses that thinner would never affect, but I've found the scratch resistant lenses last about a year with quick cleaning with thinner. After a year, I've usually scratched them up from dropping them or whatever wear they go through and need replacing anyway.
The Auarita 898-2 "LVLP" is not lvlp, it says 21psi operating pressure but it is wrong. It is also the same as Intertool LVLP on amazon which is what i have. Has a big fan, shaped like an "I", mine wasn't top heavy. Really dont like that spray gun, i gave it away.
More info about Auarita 898-2... I bought one, because they tell that is a lvlp, but this is a fat lie. This gun have bigger air holes than my previous hvlp guns, and consumes lot of air. If you ignore that the gun is little smaller and stay comfortable in the hand and spray well. I use it like hvlp gun and have no issues.
Are you getting paid for blend time on the fenders or doing it so it match? I often do it but it sure aggravates that the insurance company won’t pay us.
Takes cajones to trust a cheap gun on base , the first time 🔫
Your paint jobs are always amazing!!!
The Skills&Knowlege of the Painter makes the biggest Differenz...
Curry is Exzellent 🤘
thank you for doing this review. I've been wondering about these cheap sprayers

Good review of a budget friendly gun right to the point.
I like those pps cups. Haven't seen that 3m one it almost looks like sata rps. Hoping 3m makes some like that soon. Great job mr curry
It's the new "vented" PPS cups. Very similar to the RPS. Still undecided on which one is better.
Super bro.
I need a spray gun.
Please help me.

Do you have a video on your filter system?

love this video. i just buy basic 5200. its work amazing to me.❤❤❤
You are a serious artist dude
This might be a stupid question but, do u mean 28 psi without squeezing the gun trigger or 28 psi while spraying? It drops when u start painting?🤔
Squeezing. Sorry. Anytime I'm talking air pressure, it's with the trigger squezzed.
@@paintbycurry1531 thank u. Thats ALL i needed to know.🙏🏼
la pistola AIR GREEN WZXRP, su temu non esiste
I'd love to see you demo the black widow guns from Harbor Freight.
I'll look into them. Thanks!
About the same as a sata jet 4000 rp. I've been using the same one since 2019. Well built gun.
1.3 hte
This is a outstanding vid! Subbed.
Ugh.. cross- draft... smh 🤢🤮
What regulator are you using?
Nice soundtrack 😁

Let me guess, the body techs have to prime and block there body work also
@@thomassenemounnarath3278 I’m a combo tech. There’s only one person to blame if it’s not right.
A great painter and a good budget gun will always beat a average poor painter with the best most expensive gun .
