I'll try to understand the whole process. You take crushed ore containing gold, then add Potassium Nitrate (to add more firepower). In the process of heating, all but gold will oxidize and turn black, while gold dust will get together due to its density which was heavier than other metals in it. question, have you tried without using gas such as coal or lots of wood? im sure the ancient don't have gas and they use wood. Do you use graphite crucible or just normal ones? waiting for your answers. Please confirm if my summarization is right. thanks

This was fake, even using borax would not produce the fake results he shows in this video. That was just a gold button from gold refining, that he added to the horrible panning job at the end.

me personally, I use butane gas which costs a bottle of medium volume $ 1.5 and potassium nitrate (saltpetre) its cost is $ 3 for one kg. for 2 hours I will finish the whole process.
No need for that process.. time consuming. You can get stones near the sea or hills. After grilling it, just put vinegar and leave it for 24 hours... then you will know the outcome.

Ian have to. This flour gold is so fine, it goes through a women's stocking. To crush all black sand and small particulates of quartz is going to be hard. Right now it is about 80+ gold , or better, but can't get the damn green/black backwash out. It is old and dirty. I almost would say some is prehistoric. I panned it down to almost pure gold, the damn super fine crap just won't flow out clean. I'll figure it out, may have to buy a big swirl separator. Too much gold to toss. Lost about 3 cups, thought it was just dirty water but was mostly dirty gold. I'll listen to all ideas, there is so much gold where I got it and I'm sure because of the green/black wash it was a very old swamp. Hell makes me want to put on protective chaps, from feet to groin cand the big chunky in in the sandstone bluffs ...home of giat rattlers. Like guardian's from another demention (joke). I have approx. 2=5 lbs. Of cleaned, reduced flour fine gold . It is now as clean as I know how to process. (About 90% gold / 10% mixed black sand, dead vegetation like at bottom of a swamp) I am at the point of pouring down the drain the gold if I try to slice, pan or whatever I know any further. Do you know how I can get the remaining slurry of dirty green/black muck & water off the remaining gold without pouring out my gold too. The gold is high purity, it comes from big cracks billions of yrs old in giant quarts boulders in caver that were once full of water and vegetation crap that is now dried up and concentrated. 10 minutes of cleaning out one Crack has given me a large sum of 90% clean gold, but some is so fine it goes though any strIner or filter I can find. I try panning off to clean rest, poured 1/2 down drain on .y first recovery, this one is down to basicly just dirty , how can I get the last bit of crap off gold so I have only gold, cleaned left. Must be several lbs of gold left once it is clean. How to finish separation of super fine but thick gold from super fine crap without tossing away gold to. I am at the point of drying and melting into bars. What do you suggest?? No I'm not joking ! There is very much still at my spot but what I have now and been processing is ready to bar=up if I can clean what is mainly about 10% of eons old decomposed vegetation. Aggreed, it IS all over here, folks just need knowledge of geology. I know where alot more is, thing is it is so concentrated its hard for folks to believe. Most may not be large, mostly flour(300-550)but I know wher the hard rock stuffis too, just have to be sure to ware snake chaps for feet, ankles and legs up to nuts. Some of these guys are longer than I am tall. Like gardians of the gold. The dry sandstone bluffs are loaded with both. But folks too afraid of snakes and spiders. They mind their own if you do too. I'm 67 now but it's time to use what I spent a life figuring out.....at a time I'll be taking on folks, just a couple that can keep mouth shut, for now I am only one who know the who, what, when and where and that's OK Thanks for writing back, good to know others aren't so stupid either. One good thing is gravity, and separation factor. Swirl and set...., swirl and set....till its clean. At the prices it's worth it. Turned apt into a big lab.🤓
magnetic seperation if only magnetite (Fe3O4) is available. But this material is non magnetic(Fe2O3). I have found a method for the digestion. HCl in higher concentrations is the most effective acid for digestion.

I'd you have an excess of nitric acid in your solution, you can boil your solution down and rehydrate as needed. The nitric will evaporate away after a time.

It doesn’t need to be exposed to flame for amalgam wear gloves latex and then rubber dish washing gloves take a pair of blue jeans and cut fabric make a funnel with material drop in and squeeze the mercury out the contents of the amalgam. the remains will be in your blue jeans squeeze over a bowl of water to catch balls of mercury twisting the fabric will get the best result

Sounds more like a recipe for explosives! Only missing a few things I'll keep to myself. Good pan it is.
You can actually use a very deep cup with a v shape works great at reducing but still need good panning out

اذا تحب ان يلمع الذهب اعمل معه البوراكس .لكن ملحة البارود تكفي .

You have to work on your panning technique, a lot. Get yourself a proper gold pan or a plastic bowl. This plate is ridiculous.

Does hydrogen peroxide really devolves gold in rock or on rock ? Have a lot left from a crush process that is stuck in and on rock. A couple oz's. ?

The gold is high purity, it comes from big cracks billions of yrs old in giant quarts boulders in caver that were once full of water and vegetation crap that is now dried up and concentrated. 10 minutes of cleaning out one Crack has given me a large sum of 90% clean gold, but some is so fine it goes though any strIner or filter I can find. I try panning off to clean rest, poured 1/2 down drain on .y first recovery, this one is down to basicly just dirty , how can I get the last bit of crap off gold so I have only gold, cleaned left. Must be several lbs of gold left once it is clean. How to finish separation of super fine but thick gold from super fine crap without tossing away gold to. I am at the point of drying and melting into bars. What do you suggest?? No I'm not joking !
There is very much still at my spot but what I have now and been processing is ready to bar=up if I can clean what is mainly about 10% of eons old decomposed vegetation. I seriously not yanking your chain.

Aggreed, it IS all over here, folks just need knowledge of geology. I know where alot more is, thing is it is so concentrated its hard for folks to believe. Most may not be large, mostly flour(300-550)but I know wher the hard rock stuffis too, just have to be sure to ware snake chaps for feet, ankles and legs up to nuts. Some of these guys are longer than I am tall. Like gardians of the gold. The dry sandstone bluffs are loaded with both. But folks too afraid of snakes and spiders. They mind their own if you do too. I'm 67 now but it's time to use what I spent a life figuring out.....at a time I'll be taking on folks, just a couple that can keep mouth shut, for now I am only one who know the who, what, when and where and that's OK

One good thing is gravity, and separation factor. Swirl and set...., swirl and set....till its clean. At the prices it's worth it. Turned apt into a big lab.🤓

Sir, if the ore contain 97% fe2o3 , some pt , pd . They melt together. What should i do ? The iron sand cant be seperated by magnetic seperator.
magnetic seperation if only magnetite (Fe3O4) is available. But this material is non magnetic(Fe2O3). I have found a method for the digestion. HCl in higher concentrations is the most effective acid for digestion.

That furnace definitely needs some work. The longer it takes to warm up the more expensive it gets due to propane loss. Other than that nice process

How do I get rid of nitric acid from solution?
I'd you have an excess of nitric acid in your solution, you can boil your solution down and rehydrate as needed. The nitric will evaporate away after a time.

It doesn’t need to be exposed to flame for amalgam wear gloves latex and then rubber dish washing gloves take a pair of blue jeans and cut fabric make a funnel with material drop in and squeeze the mercury out the contents of the amalgam. the remains will be in your blue jeans squeeze over a bowl of water to catch balls of mercury twisting the fabric will get the best result
