Tbh I haven’t been consistent, but I have noticed that I have low motivation to work out now than before. I think it’s because I have this weird myth that my scar will rip open lol which I know it won’t but if i’m consistent I believe I will be able to lose some weight!
Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
If it’s causing you too much pain, I would say to go the ER! that’s what I did and I told them, I can’t handle the pain anymore, there’s something inside of me. They did scans and then I was able to get the surgery!

i have ovarian cyst and my tummy is so big i felt very bloated once i ate... so hard... iwanna die.
