My dad, he was awesome, passed away in 2006. He's in the young a heart movie.

Words cannot describe how Joe's rendition of this song touches and inspires me. His passionate delivery of these lyrics makes them applicable to a whole new (older) generation. The film helped us to get to know Joe Benoit and other Young@Heart members, and we feel the loss as if we knew him, and each of them, personally. What an absolute treasure! RIP Joe.

imagine the full life he lead and the stories the wonderful man could tell. He battled multiple bouts of cancer and dosed of chemo and still performed .

Great performance! I lately saw the documentary and i thought that is was very special! The other day i checked out more video's and the performance of Joe brought tears to my eyes!. Kind regards to the family of Joe. (I placed his performance video on my Facebook and blog in honnor of him!!
